I researched this washer before I made the purchase. My only concern is that I do not like the water levels. I put it on bulky and deep water load for the water to be of an adequate amount. If not, the water only wets the clothes leading me to believe the clothes are not properly cleaned. Also, it does take a longer time for washing. Researching the washer before purchase allowed me to know all the cons before my purchase.

Clothes come out very clean. Be careful to watch your number of rinse cycles. If you are conserving water, set it to one.

Very pleased with this washer’s features and performance thus far. Good value for the price. Minor issue with connecting the drain hose due to the drain configuration in my home. Issue required plumber to resolve at additional cost.

Great product. Simple yet efficient. Good size tub. Seems well designed and constructed. Takes a little getting used to the various settings and wash cycles. Love the basic knobs and controls.

washes great, clothes are cleaner and smell more fresh than the front loaders. dose shake slighty on the spin cycle, but no biggie

Large drum.. Although some cycles seem to take way too long.. There are so many settings you just have to figure it out which one works best.. Manual dont say how long each cycle takes. Clothes come out very clean.

The washer doesn't have a variety of water levels so I have to stay with the machine to make sure the sensor puts enough water to cover my laundry. I like to soak my clothes in the washer for an extended period of time. The machine empty's the water before I feel they have soaked enough.

This is proving to be a very good washer to do the basics, wash clothes. Doesn't have a lot of the fancy advertised features that you may only use once a year. This cleans clothes. Just what a washer needs to do.

wanted a washer that used more water than the 1 qt new ones....this machine will fill up with water if you WANT it to and agitates which I also wanted. Am very pleased with quietness and minimal vibration.

This product is just what we needed to meet the needs of our family of five. Easy to load, set and use.

Good to have high efficiency waher with agitator. Relatively quiet in my opinion. Like deep wash option that will use more water.

Washes efficiently, and does the job. Can't complain. So far so good the first few months

this washer is really well built, made in America, and has a large capacity. It is easy to use and I would recommend it. We replaced a front loading washer with this one and we find it much easier to maintain than the front loader.

I like the top loader. But I am short and trying to reach the bottom is a bit difficult!

I like my new washer. It does a great job. I wish the installers would have made the new washer and dryer the same height so the two machines standing side by side would have the tops level with each other.

Good machine that gets all my clothes nice and clean. Big enough for a fluffy queen sized comforter aaaaaannnddd sheets

Bought this washing machine about a month ago it is great very quiet and really gets the clothes very clean I was concerned about the auto sensing feature but now I love it!!
