Easy to use controls. I was surprised with the water depth sensor. The stainless steel tub is huge. The lid locks when on spin cycle.

Washer has a large basin which allows you to wash comforters easily and many beach towels at once.

We initially chose this washer based on recommendation from a friend that has it. It works brilliantly! The spindle is great for taking care of any amount of dirt. And when we take out the clothes to dry, they aren't dripping wet. In fact, I think we could just hang them for an hour and they'd already dry out. Overall, amazing production for an HE washer.

The machine works well. The drum is bigger than I thought. Easy to do bed sheets and heavy loads.

I love this machine and the large tub cuts down on the amount of loads you have. My last Maytag lasted for 22 years, I hope this does the same

I BOUGHT THIS WASHER ON JULY 5 2020 AND ITS THE WORST MACHINE IVE EVER OWNED. IT GETS OFF BALANCE ON NEARLY EVERY LOAD. THE CLOTHES GET ALL WOUND AROUND THE AGITATOR AND THIS RUINS MY CLOTHES BECAUSE ITS WOUND SO TIGHT I CAN'T GET THEM OFF. I HAVE ONLY EVER BOUGHT MATAG AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED UNTIL I BOUGHT THIS ONE. WHY WOULD YOU SELL A MACHINE LIKE THAT? PLEASE EITHER LET ME EXCHANGE IT OR RETURN MY MONEY. I KNOW I MISSED THE 15 DAY DEAD LINE BUT COVID WAS RUNNING RAMPED THEN I THOUGHT I COULD "GET USED TO IT" BUT I CANT SO IM HOPING YOU WILL DO THE RIGHT THING AND WORK WITH ME ON THIS

Had a year now and no serious issues. The only negative thing I could say I out this product was the installation team. They forgot to but the legs on it

The auto sensing circuit does not allow for enough water to cover up the clothes. My wife ran a load through last night and her lab coat had dry places in the fabric after the spin cycle. I piece of tissue paper she had left in one of the pockets was also dry! We have been using it for a couple of weeks now and it only seems to clean consistently on the Deep Water selection which fills the drum to the maximum level, but this is certainly not saving water. I'm going to call the BB store we got it from to see what they can do for us.

Maytag is by far the best Brand for Appliances!!Especially washer Believe me I've went through 3 in 10 years.

I love the washing machine. I'm old, used to non-electronic types, so it bothers me a little that the electronics will go out on me. But, it cleans my clothes with vigor. I am happy thus far.
