Purchased new Maytag top loader to replace 30 year old Maytag top loader. Very easy to use and capable as an he machine, and can also do deep water washes like the old washers.

Washer has a large basin which allows you to wash comforters easily and many beach towels at once.

Washer does great. It cleans without tearing clothes up which we’ve had that problem in the past with washer that had an agitator. Great price during Black Friday also.

The machine works well. The drum is bigger than I thought. Easy to do bed sheets and heavy loads.

Easy to use controls. I was surprised with the water depth sensor. The stainless steel tub is huge. The lid locks when on spin cycle.

I love that it has a big capacity and I can load more clothes compared to my old washing machine.

I like my new Maytag washer. I am still getting used to it. The first really large load I did, it did not fill up with enough water. I read the instructions, and realized if the washer is put on normal load, the water will be less, so you have to put it on another setting in order to get more water.

We live on a horse ranch so needed an agitator option. This washer has been fantastic. It used less water but gets our clothes very clean with one wash.

This washer is very efficient and I really appreciate the larger capacity. The clothes are definitely getting clean and the washer is quiet.

I BOUGHT THIS WASHER ON JULY 5 2020 AND ITS THE WORST MACHINE IVE EVER OWNED. IT GETS OFF BALANCE ON NEARLY EVERY LOAD. THE CLOTHES GET ALL WOUND AROUND THE AGITATOR AND THIS RUINS MY CLOTHES BECAUSE ITS WOUND SO TIGHT I CAN'T GET THEM OFF. I HAVE ONLY EVER BOUGHT MATAG AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN COMPLETELY SATISFIED UNTIL I BOUGHT THIS ONE. WHY WOULD YOU SELL A MACHINE LIKE THAT? PLEASE EITHER LET ME EXCHANGE IT OR RETURN MY MONEY. I KNOW I MISSED THE 15 DAY DEAD LINE BUT COVID WAS RUNNING RAMPED THEN I THOUGHT I COULD "GET USED TO IT" BUT I CANT SO IM HOPING YOU WILL DO THE RIGHT THING AND WORK WITH ME ON THIS

We initially chose this washer based on recommendation from a friend that has it. It works brilliantly! The spindle is great for taking care of any amount of dirt. And when we take out the clothes to dry, they aren't dripping wet. In fact, I think we could just hang them for an hour and they'd already dry out. Overall, amazing production for an HE washer.
