I definitely missed having an agitator in my old one, so that was the main selling point in this one. My old one had all the bells and whistles and broke quickly and was just a terrible washing machine all around, so I wanted a simpler one and this one fit the bill. My clothes look so much cleaner too. It’s lower to the ground which is perfect for me since I’m on the shorter side. Overall, I’d recommend.

A strong, efficient, high capacity washer

Easily and smoothly handles the largest loads, including towels, bathroom mats, sheets, and all the things that often tend to unbalance a load. Cleans well and rinses thoroughly. Spin dry cycle extracts almost all moisture, allowing shorter time in dryer Quality build, with a stainless steel tub, and much longer warranty than other models.

I have several changes to the service and delivery but there was nothing I could do due to the situation.
