not so great for an 83 year old

A man came from Best buy and He said,we need a new "motherboard". so some other man came and put it in( I was not home,but my husband was) Well it is still the same problem. so what should I do???

I didn't realize how loud the old one had gotten till I used this one! It's quiet, efficient, and I'm very happy with my purchase. Delivery and installation were accomplished without any issues. I completed the entire transaction without ever stepping foot in a store. Shopped, ordered, paid, and arranged delivery all thru the Best Buy website. Very convenient!

Clean my clothes, Best Buy! (and Maytag)

It works well (just like our old washer), but be aware that because of conservation "progress," it takes less water, but more time, to wash a load. I'm guessing the more expensive models take even longer because of even more "improvements" in the technology. This model is just an old-fashioned clothes washer, but since we don't sit in the utility room and watch it operate, it serves our purpose.

No agitator

However, it seems to take longer to wash and despite it being gentler on the clothes, it doesnt take out stains too well.
