It took a while to get use to some of the features as old machine was over 20 years old.. Other than that it works very good.

This product ruin some the clothing washed because the machine cycles do not get enough water and the inside agitator turn around damaging the clothing. I returned this item before damaging all the clothing.

It is different in advanced technology over our old style washer so it's an adjustment, but one that's coming easily.
