It gets the clothes clean and spins out the water really well.

Had wanted a quality quite machine. The washer is new therefore quite. But is lighter weight than expected. I missed that there is not a quick wash feature. As for as the water sensor not giving me the control of choice is alright. If I were doing wash for a family instead of just one this machine would have been a one star.

Had for almost a month. No issues. Looks great, easy to use, large capacity with agitator. Previously had a front loader with all the electronics and nice display, but wanted to go back to something simpler and easier to fix if anything happened. I got a good feeling about this Maytag. Like the one my mom had that lasted much of my younger years.

I am not sure if it is the washer or the service..I bought a washer and dryer set for my new home at the end of July. When they set it up they told me that my plumbing was backed up and the water will not drain. I needed to get some one to fix that so the washer will drain correctly. So in August I was able to hire some one come fix the plumbing only to find out that my plumbing is fine and that they did not push the drain pipe completely in the hole to drain the water. Ok fine $75 wasted now we are all hooked up ready to go but the washer does not fill up with water. We tried ever cycle every setting and it only wets the clothes do not cover them. So I have tried calling Best Buy to get some help. My calls are transferred to another store and when they try to transfer me to Davenport the calls disconnects. I have tried calling 8 different times. Even left my contact info so the manager could call me back. I am still waiting. Paying for an washer that I can't use.

Automatic water level sensor could use an upgrade, stops way before it gets a good level, but the deep water wash works fine. For the promotional price works perfect.

I love a simple washer. This is it. Not fancy. Not complicated. Quick, fairly quiet cycles. We tried the agitator-less washer and a front loader and this is my favorite of them all. We don’t own anything tremendously bulky like a giant comforter, so that’s not even an issue. Fingers crossed that it lasts longer than our last one did, which was only three years.
