Super noisy and if clothes are not balanced in washer will not spin

Working as expected, very happy with our ourchase

So far, the machines are working well and we are quite happy with our purchases. An important part of this is the customer service. The young men who made the delivery were great! We’ve had terrible experiences with delivery people from a competitor. And, we’re very disappointed.

Washes clothes wonderful and so much better than and dig washer.

I love this dryer. Easy to remove lint trap, different heat levels and tumble settings. Even has refresh cycle to make sure clothes stay fresh.

It works... :) ...nice color. The only thing I do not care for is that I cannot have the washer fill while lid is open. Other than that, it is a fine washing machine.

I wish I could send it back. Supposedly "energy efficient" it actually causes more use of energy - you cannot choose water level except for full load - otherwise it chooses the level and all levels do not work well with all loads. The clothes are still very wet at end of cycle and there is no choosing just to spin again - it's whole cycle on nothing. Dryer has to work extra hard to dry clothes - especially towels and heavy loads. Because of the water level issue, and the fact that you can only add detergent at the beginning before you put your clothes in and before the water is in, clothes do not always get clean. Also, detergent is put directly on dry clothes, sometimes leaving detergent marks. All control has basically been removed and you are stuck with what they have pre-determined to be right. Not at all happy.

I needed to update my washing machine and Best buy. Had a best bargain on the Maytag which is my favorite brand. With the delivery service and installation it was up and running in no time.

This Maytag 4.2 cu. ft. will wash twice the load as my last Maytag. The size doesn't matter as far as clean, it cleans and spins dry with no problem. Monitors water flow for different wash make it nice for small load. The top load is also easy on the back as for as loading and unloading.

Great overall machine. Easy to use and cleans great!

Wish I had taken more seriously the reviews I read about this machine before I purchased it. I thought maybe it was a fluke that a couple of reviewers said the machine can't handle "large" loads without completely stopping and having to be reset. Well, it happens all the time with this machine. A "large" load consisting of a blanket and two pillowcases, set on the deep wash setting, and when you think the cycle is done you discover it has stopped on the wash cycle, the items are sitting in there soaked, and you have to reset and hit drain and spin again. It doesn't just happen sometimes, but most of the time. Plus I've noticed streaks on my clothes, apparently from detergent. Also, when it does work a load takes forever to finish, and it is noisy. Really poorly made machine; I would not recommend at all.

It runs quietly and efficiently and is cost effective.I am happy
