Nice washer for my new laundry room it looks good and runs good

Bought it as a Mother’s Day gift. She has no complaints. She likes how well it washes and how easy it is to use. It also fits her king sized bedding well. Our last one was 6years old and this is a major upgrade. In addition was able to price match getting me a cheaper price.

I have only had my new washer for a couple of weeks, & so far I love it! I love how it senses how much water is needed for the wash. Haven't gotten my electric bill yet so I am excited to see if I have saved on electricity since purchasing it. The people that installed it were very nice & professional. Thank you Best Buy.

This washer has a simple user interface with its wash setting dial and additional water temp, spin, etc selections. The extra large wash load capacity was a fantastic upgrade. The only thing I would like is the ability to change the water temp settings from a factory default to my preference based on my wash selection.

Shaking to much， moves all around the room . Very loud.

Best Buy was decent about timeliness in purchase and delivery. Somewhat disappointed with the way auto sensing works in water fill.

I needed to update my washing machine and Best buy. Had a best bargain on the Maytag which is my favorite brand. With the delivery service and installation it was up and running in no time.

We are absolutely THRILLED with our purchase of the Maytag washer! It is far better a product than any we have owned up until now. Hopefully, we will not have reason to change our minds! It’s has exceeded our needs and we couldn’t be more satisfied!

Anybody can find a replacement appliance. Its all about the service! Your delivery service ruined it for you. They refused you install it due to water valves and one year old hoses. So it sits on the patio. Would you say that was a useful purchase? Too bad you dont know what your delivery people are doing. C Fleming

great washer performs like no other and is american made

I like the size of this washer, and it's really easy to use. However, I am not a fan of the "high efficiency." I have started to always use the deep water wash and double rinse options because otherwise, my clothes aren't rinsed enough. Also, I hate that the lid has to be closed to start the water, but then it locks so quickly that you have a short window to put anything else in.

Good salesmanship. Maytag washer was ordered and delivered as promised. The last one lasted us over 10 years. Hopefully this one will do the same.

This machine uses less water and has a large capacity.

This is a decent washer for the money. It makes a lot of noise during the spin cycle though.

Really like the new washing machine! Does a great job!

I love this dryer. Easy to remove lint trap, different heat levels and tumble settings. Even has refresh cycle to make sure clothes stay fresh.

This is first time to ever buy a Maytag product. We’re very content with our purchase because of this quiet but very efficient washing cycles. We’re a large family and this means constant clothing changes. Our clothing looks and smells clean. We definitely recommend this Maytag washer.

Does a great, great job washing. Only concern, is that the unlock light doesn't always go off on it's own. Press the start button and voila.
