Not used to new wash system but does the job well,set it or automatic load selection

So we purchased this washing machine after our LG, bought six year prior clunked out on us. We do wash quite a bit because we are a family of 7 down to 6 since my son went off to the military. So we purchased this because of the 10 year coverage of something or other. I don’t know my husband was spiting off the specs and I tuned him out after a few minutes. We first bought an open box. We got it home and the agitator wasn’t working. We went back and bought the same model but new. We got that home and after 2 weeks the agitator stopped working as well. One other thing that we noticed is that every time you interrupt the wash by opening the lid, it starts filling with water again. Even if it’s full of water it will add more. We decided to go with another brand after that.

I have a Washer upstairs and downstairs. My Duet's shaft broke. So bought this one for downstairs & I've had one upstairs for over a year. This is a good washer. Its not digital & thats what I wanted. I would recommend this to anyone.

Machine works well but a takes a long time for each load. My old Maytag definitely took less time for a load of wash. I like the hand wash cycle.

The water sensor barely fills with enough water to wash anything. I have to keep it on deep water wash and hope for the best. Not consistent. If you have a problem, you cannot get ahold of a local Best Buy retailer! I was trying to get through to someone aboutt my washer and after 45 mins to an hour talked to someone in a foreign country who did not understand me. It is frustrating! Each different cycle I use (with deep water wash) fills to different water levels and I have no clue WHY I need THREE different types of cold water! It barely aggitates too. I only bought it because it had the least amount of dials on it. The others looked like the inside of an airplane! LOL!

This washer has a learning curve associated with using it but one you get the hang of it your all set for cleaner and brighter clothing. I have found wash times to be comparable to my 20 year old washer it replaced. Just get used to how it operates and you will be pleased with this Maytag washer.

Works great. I like the washers with the agitator, and this one definitely gets the job done. Didn’t have to ore treat for a couple lighter stains either. Delivery was great, originally gave a 6 hour window but they narrowed it two the day before and were there shortly after it started.

This washer was a good value and still has the agitator, which we like. I have no complaints about the job it does. The salesman did tell us it would be noisier than some of the other models when we purchased it. The machine is a little loud but I don't mind since it cleans my clothes so well.

Maytag is a trusted famuly brand. Results are great .

It works pretty good for the price but sometimes the door stays locked after the wash is over.When i pull up on the door it does unlock

It's been a few years since we purchase this item, but I have to say that it has been a great machine and it has worked perfectly. I'm taking the time to write a review now. Most definitely will continue with the LG brand in future purchases.

Sales was nice and patient. Marco, our delivery person, was really nice to work with. He took the time to explain everything. He also made a phone call to his boss to see where I stood with my plan. He had to walk up our steep driveway a few times to make sure all was good.

Bought this washer for my grandson. It is an excellent machine and has the ability to adjust the water level, which many machines do not have. My daughter has the same washer and loves it. I cannot comment on its longevity as I only purchased it only recently.

Overall good machine. Have to load before filling for it to balance the load.

A lil smaller than im used to but works just as gd!

So different from my old one. I have to keep my book handy to know what cycle to use. Do not like THE SENSING PART I DO NOT LIKE.
