At first I had to get use to the settings, which took my a couple loads to realize that this machine is VERY DIFFERENT from the 30+ yr old Maytag that I had been using...but, I love that it is do much bigger!

overall the washer preforms pretty good. I would consider this a good buy and for the money it's worth it.

This machine runs very quietly and is an HE machine. The only problem I have is the machine locks at certain points of the cycles and as a result its difficult to add anything in mid wash.

Robert delivered my dryer. He was outstanding. He followed all the safety protocols and my delivery went great. He answered all my questions and was polite and courteous!! 5 star experience

It's a nice washer for a good value. I highly recommend not overloading it.

Outstanding wash machine, we had a GE front loader for the past 15 years and this Toploader blows it away with speed and how clean clothes are when it’s finished washing.

Its great and efficient right size for the space we had very strong washing cycles especially final spin clith comes out almost dry so dont need much time in dryer so energy efficient all the way around

I love the size of the basket. Once you use you get better at different wash lengths.

For this washer I expected a little bit more control of but seems like the automatic settings on it have a mind of their own I want to be able to control the water levels can’t seem to do that tired of opening closing the lid to make the water fill up more over top of my clothes no matter what level it’s on I put it on the max and it still doesn’t fill up over the clothes getting a little frustrated I want my clothes washed I don’t want the level of the water to be not enough otherwise the dryer is exactly like I had I believe the manufacturers need to stay away from these new gadgets that only add confusion and problems and repair problems too often my opinion

We are very happy with our purchase. The delivery timeline was very reasonable and everyone was pleasant to deal with. The washing machine is running well and we are pleased with it so far.

I really liked the washer that I picked out. The drum was roomy enough for all the clothes I wanted to wash on the daily bases. It was quiet and efficient. Fit the space perfectly and was quite easy to unpack and install on my own.

Not bad for sale price. Looked and looked and looked and looked until I finally found what i needed.

works great for the amount of time we have had it,don't know why we waited so long before buying. it uses less water and spins the cloths almost dry ,saves on drying time

Should have read more about the water settings not happy with unit at all. Never had a machine take over an hour and fifteen minutes for a wash whether it was a small load or a full load. My time is valuable and now it takes me forever to do my washing. Never buy this type again and Maytag when I called was totally unhelpful and had no knowledge of product to help me......

Did not want a front load washer searched for a while until deciding on this top load Maytag. We love it does a great job very quiet. Would highly recommend it. Wish we would’ve bought one size larger though. But no complaints perfect

I have wanted a Maytag for quite a while. I live it, so far the only worry was it getting off balanced sometimes. But that could be the layering of clothes. Very quiet washer, So far I'm happy.

I purchased a washer and dryer for my daughter that is in college living in a town house, Best buy made it so easy to make the purchase and delivery so easy

Doesn't Get Clothes Clean This is by far the worst appliance I've ever purchased. Thrilled to "finally own a Maytag," it was a short honeymoon. No matter which soil-level setting, temperature or water level is used, this washer does not dissolve dry non-chlorine bleach added to any load. The clothes come out wet with powdered bleach clumps stuck to them (and these are smallish to medium-sized loads - not overly large loads). The washer also does not fully dissolve detergent pods - there is always a sticky plastic lump stuck to an article of clothing. My little granddaughter is being potty-trained and even her pre-rinsed undies come out looking soiled and disgusting after a "heavy soil" hot-water wash. The washer makes annoying buzzing and clicking noises through the entire wash process. So much for trading on a well- known reputation. Maytag, you folks should hang your heads in shame. This machine is a colossal bomb. Would I recommend it to a friend? NO.
