For this washer I expected a little bit more control of but seems like the automatic settings on it have a mind of their own I want to be able to control the water levels can’t seem to do that tired of opening closing the lid to make the water fill up more over top of my clothes no matter what level it’s on I put it on the max and it still doesn’t fill up over the clothes getting a little frustrated I want my clothes washed I don’t want the level of the water to be not enough otherwise the dryer is exactly like I had I believe the manufacturers need to stay away from these new gadgets that only add confusion and problems and repair problems too often my opinion

My old washer was over 20 years old so this is a big upgrade. Love the features

Most of my things were in storage for a very long time. As such, all clothing, bedding, etc needed washing and this machine did it in large chunks. And the directions were easy to read and simple to follow

Doesn't Get Clothes Clean This is by far the worst appliance I've ever purchased. Thrilled to "finally own a Maytag," it was a short honeymoon. No matter which soil-level setting, temperature or water level is used, this washer does not dissolve dry non-chlorine bleach added to any load. The clothes come out wet with powdered bleach clumps stuck to them (and these are smallish to medium-sized loads - not overly large loads). The washer also does not fully dissolve detergent pods - there is always a sticky plastic lump stuck to an article of clothing. My little granddaughter is being potty-trained and even her pre-rinsed undies come out looking soiled and disgusting after a "heavy soil" hot-water wash. The washer makes annoying buzzing and clicking noises through the entire wash process. So much for trading on a well- known reputation. Maytag, you folks should hang your heads in shame. This machine is a colossal bomb. Would I recommend it to a friend? NO.

Water level seems low. Doesn’t seem to fill up very high

I don't really like the auto sensor for water. I have to use the double rinse in order to get soap off the clothes. Wasteful for sure. Also loose the smell of the softener by doing that.

This washer has an agitator and last one (Whirlpool) did not and we hated it! It got off-balance, made noise, clothes all twisted up and needed new drum after 2 years! This Maytag replacement is wonderful, quiet and works great!

Wife has been happy with the washer performance. The Bestbuy site was easy to order from and delivery speed was impressive. Beat other places by 1 week+. We are happy with this purchase.

We bought this washer along with the matching drier. My wife loves the size of the tube and the auto fill function. She said it’s nice not having to worry about how much water is needed.

I purchased a washer and dryer for my daughter that is in college living in a town house, Best buy made it so easy to make the purchase and delivery so easy

Had to replace a washer I had for 24 years it was a sears product no repair it just stopped letting the water out . Figured its time for a new one and it works better than the old one

Super big I can do huge loads of laundry all at once.

This washer is definitely not a product i would ever recommend and now I'm forced to use them. Definite waste of money. There are occasions that the washer will not fully drain the water and leaves the clothes soaked, after the washer is "done". They don't really wash the clothes properly either. I purchased extended warranty through Best Buy and when Icalled for help, they said the first year of owning I had to go through Maytag directly. Maytag warranty is not any better to deal with. I've never been so dissatisfied to a washer and dryer in my entire life.

Very quiet wash and the clothes sensor senses the amount of clothes you put in so it fills only the amount of water necessary per each load, therefore it saves you money on your water bill.

Quiet and just enough features so I don’t feel overwhelmed. If it holds up as well as Maytag always claims, I will be more than satisfied. AND purchase and delivery were quick and efficient.

The washer/dryer are fine. The hoses for hot and cold water are too long to the extreme. I need much shorter ones. The installers just knotted them up. Not an acceptable solution. The ones I had were superior to these.

After 30 years with the same washer and dryer (hey were Whirlpool, my wife got the washer and dryer that she wanted. They were delivered and installed on Sept. 19, 2019 and my wife has been using them no-stop.

Works Great. Just wish you could see the washing cycle progression.

Like the manual detergent adding. Did not like the new automatic dispensers on other more expensive models. The design of the automatic dispensers look flimsy and like an afterthought
