I love the power wash cycle and love how my clothing smell after washing. I am a happy customer as of right now .

We moved them to our rental house and bought the newer set. We have it for an about two months. So far so good.

The agitator hasn't caused damage and seems to stir it better than the one without.

Noisy noisy and more noisy

The first week it was noisy but after a month of having it, it’s gotten even more noisier. Every time it spins sounds like something is loose. It doesn’t clean as well unless I use two rinse cycles. Additionally, if washing blankets or something bulky I have to do one or two at a time other wise it won’t spin and I’m stick with hand twisting it to get all the water out.
