THIS IS A GREAT MACHINE AND LOVE THE BIG SIZE FOR LARGER LOADS . ALSO LOVE THAT IT ADJUST THE WATER FOR THE SIZE OF EACH WASH CYCLE. GREAT MACHINE WOULD TELL EVERYONE TO BUY IT.

I am not pleased with the water level “sensor”. This frequently clicks off and on with the water filling, making for a slow process and turning the machine off and on. Prefer a manual gauge.

Washing machine works well, Quiet, cycles don't take forever. Cleans nicely.

Has enough cycles for household loads. Easy to use.

Like the sensor feature. And it’s quieter and conserves water.

I have used my Maytag Washer several times now and have been impressed with its efficiency and speed and cleaning ability. I recommend it to anyone looking for the basic high tech washer they desire.

No complaints from the tenants so I hope that means it’s working well!

The washer does great job of washer clothes. It also has an agitator like the old style washer that actually cleaned your clothes!

I had some confusion with the deep wash setting hope i am using correctly

Once I got used to the low detergent requirements it was a breeze. At first I thought something was wrong as I couldn't the repetitive drone of the agitator. I like the low background noise.

We bought the Maytag 4.2 cu ft top-loading washer to replace a GE model that had begun to give us problems. The Maytag worked for 5 weeks and but then decided that was enough. I put in a small load at 8:00 this morning. After an hour and a half, it had not progressed beyond "wash". It had been sitting silently for about 40 minutes with the Wash light on. I cancelled and tried again - same result. The 3rd time I put more clothing in the tub, thinking perhaps the load was too small for the sensor. No luck. I tried "Rinse and Spin". It never got to spin. The clothing was too wet to put in the dryer, so I tried "Drain and Spin". The first time I got to spin all day. it was now time for a late lunch. Now my clothing is in the dryer and I hope all the detergent is out of them. At almost 3:00 p.m. all the lights on the washer are off, so you'd think it would be inert but cold water continues to trickle into the tub. WHY, MAYTAG?

We are happy with our purchase. Very glad we chose this brand washer. Customer service is very helpful and answered all our questions. We feel we made a wise purchase.

Less than a year in and we have to replace the suspension system. We had painted our laundry room after purchase and when moving to paint the wall behind something shifted. Still under warranty so no cost but we maybe slid it 2 feet?

We had a small leak on the hook up line but our plumber came in and changed out our old out dated faucet hook ups and everything went perfectly best purchase we made in a long time.

The price is reasonable for the item. Not the best but it’s ok

Excellent product at an great price much better than previous front loader. Old one went out repairman said don't buy another front loader get a Maytag.

My Maytag of I don't know how many years, (20?) died, bought this one. Hooked it up and it went right to work, hasn't missed a beat, just what I needed. Maytags are always good products.
