Our new washer works great. The cycles are long and the only change I would suggest is to have a Quick Wash option. 9It could be instead of the power wash which I will rarely use.)

When we took possession. the washer and dryer were not a part of the purchase agreement. So, we needed them quickly and Best Buy was able to get them delivered and installed in a week.

So far it works great! The install team was top notch. Clothes get get clean and there is no funky odor like you get with a front load machine.

Super spacious. Fits King size comforter comfortably. As for clothing loads, I used to have to wash 2 loads of each color now I only have to do one.

So my old washer finally bit the dust and I desperately needed to replace it. Headed out to my local Best Buy and had purchased a replacement within the hour! I'm lovign my new washer.

We owned a Maytag Bravos XL for many years which I LOVED - it finally quit working after I let a neighbor use it because her machine quit mid cycle while washing a heavy blanket and she needed to finish a spin cycle. Unfortunately for me, her heavy blanket subsequently ruined my Bravos XL. I purchase this Maytag as a replacement b/c it was cheaper but still Maytag. That was a bad idea. This unit is NOISY. It makes a loud clicking noise when analyzing the load size/weight when you first start it, it makes another loud click when it unlocks at the end of the cycle, and it's even loud when the water is dispensing somehow. It's noisy. But that's not really the main reason I gave this a 1 star review. The Machine DOES NOT CLEAN ANYTHING! Our clothes come out with random spots on certain shirts that have to be rewashed. Stains do NOT come out at all without pretreating them....and in my previous Maytag this was not an issue. Even our white towels are NO LONGER WHITE. Literally, any little stain just stays on the towels. We have used white towels for 20 years without this issue and using 3 other machines, but this machine is truly crap. Our clothes and towels do smell clean, but they don't LOOK clean. Our sheets and towels are dingy....this is my final straw and the reason I am buying a new washing machine. It's embarrassing how they just keep getting worse. I read someone else's review stating that the hot/cold function does not work well and I can concur with that also. I thought maybe it was just our connections because we bought this when we moved into a new house, but apparently it's just another fault with this machine. I do recommend the Maytag Bravos XL if you are a hardcore Maytag fan, but NOT this particular unit!

Great for the money. Does the job well. It took some getting used to because it was so different from my old washer, but I like it and I am glad I bought it.

I love that I don't have to fuss with load size anymore this machine has a sensor wish puts the right amount of water according to the load size

Bought this washer from Best Buy in August 2019. Around December it began squealing during spin startup. I thought, it's a belt, I'll call after Christmas. Today the Geek Squad showed up-great, but they're having to rebuild the entire washer. After he left, I went to go clean up and noticed what looked like water under my washer. I pulled it out and realized it was oil! Black and orange oil. I'm doubtful I'll be able to get this out of my tile grout. So, there's that too. Maytag was once a great brand. Had our first Maytag washer and dryer for almost 20 years and now our son is using them. I'm mad at myself now because the new ones are thin metal, plastic parts, and the stinking transmission won't even last 6 months. Six frigging months, people. I'm too busy for the laundromat which is why I thought these would be a thrifty purchase. Maytag means nothing. NOTHING.

Love my new washer! It's comforting to know that Maytag continues to manufacture quality products. I was alright with agitator, until new machines without agitators are improved.

this washer is very quiet and dry our cloths very well it has different settings and always does the job, plus comes with a 10 year warranty, cant beat that.
