the key selling point in the purchase of this product was the fact that it has a delicates cycle as well as the dual action agitator.

A great bargain for a large washer. I went from a high end washer with all the bells/whistles to this Maytag and it was the best decision I could've made!

So far no problems. We use it at least 3 times a week

Maytag is a good brand but the first one didn’t work

The price was great. It's fast. The spin gets things close to dry for a quick run through the dryer. The basin is bigger than expected which is nice.

I love how big the drum is and it is more wide than deep which makes it easy to get the clothes out since I am short and had a hard time reach on my previous washer. Love it!

We bought a pair of Maytag's 12 years ago and we figured that it was time to get a new set. Of course we went to Best Buy. The name says it all.

Maytag has been advertised as a very reliable washer. I have no need for a lot of bells and whistles.

This washer is fantastic. Washes the clothes well and with the automatic water level sensor saves on water. I would highly recommend it.

Purchased from Best Buy in May, 2019. Ordinary performance for three person household until sealed transmission failed in March 2021. (Who knew washers have transmissions?) Loud screeching, burning smell, leaking oil. Exceeded one year warranty. Best Buy would not repair without buying a service plan. Maytag repair cost more than a new washer. We now have to buy a new washer. Service technician admitted that service life of washers has declined, but this is ridiculous!

Excellent product. The washer is great, the cloth is very dried a the end of the cycle. It Chooses the amount of water with a sensor.

Have nt taken out of bx yet, Old washer working like it should,has mind of it own.Going to keep old one in place until its stoped.

I am able to wash big bulky items such as my comforter, which is great instead of taking to the laundry mat. It does a great job of getting my clothes clean.

I like this washer machine because is good quality easy to use and the price was very convenient.

My dryer came damaged. Delivery guy took pictures and I thought someone would call me about it. Why is it incumbent upon me to call you, when you had the information. Very bad follow up.
