Great Washer for the money. Would highly recommend it to anyone who is trying to figure out the balance between money spend and value received.

My dryer came damaged. Delivery guy took pictures and I thought someone would call me about it. Why is it incumbent upon me to call you, when you had the information. Very bad follow up.

Maytag has been advertised as a very reliable washer. I have no need for a lot of bells and whistles.

I purchased this during the Black Friday sales. I got a great deal and it's super quiet. The wash cycle is a little long but does a great job and uses very little water.

No issues whatsoever since we got it. We looked for a set that was inexpensive yet good quality. It also does really good on electricity consumption.

This washer is an excellent upgrade to a 10 year old washer. Didn't need anything too fancy, and this washer was perfect. Does everything we needed and more.

The Maytag washing machine is well built, quiet, and has been very dependable. I like that it has a stainless steel tub and and a 10-year warranty on the tub and motor.

when we selected the open box maytag washer it was in great condition. the one we received had 2 very large dents . also, when in use it made a noise that probably was due to the damage. this washer was not the same one we purchased. Additionally we were not offered a replacement .

I needed something with lots of choices for all the different types of clothing. Had to have hand wash cycle too.

I'm afraid to say anything yet because washing machine and dryer never last in our house for five years.

I purchased this washer about 2 months ago and I am not a fan. Doesn't wash well because the agitator doesn't turn all the way around. It just turns back and forth so the clothes are not turned under the water. I also don't like the fact that you can't choose the water level. Many times I have checked and/or added clothes during the wash and some items aren't wet. Again not a fan and looking for a new one.

Washer and dryer are working great. We didn’t want any extras like some of the newer models have. We love the simplicity of these units.

We've owned this washer for only 3 months, and it already stinks. We've tried Affresh, Vinegar, Bleach, and nothing.... The inside of the agitator was black and moldy. We use the machine almost every day. By design, the basket retains water in order to balance the machine and I believe there is mold in there, but its completely closed so there is no way to check. These HE machines are the worst. The last two machines I've had were moldy. The machine before that was an old Kenmore washer from the 80s. I never had issues like this.

Bought a Maytag for the reputation. Not a super high-end machine, but exactly what we needed. Having an agitator in a top loader is key, and this one works great.

Purchased this for my daughter. She loves it. The whites are coming out whiter than with the other set. A lot more quiet also.
