damaged and wrong washer

Additionally we were not offered a replacement .

Not sure what to do as I love the dryer that matches the washer.

Doesn't wash well because the agitator doesn't turn all the way around. It just turns back and forth so the clothes are not turned under the water. I also don't like the fact that you can't choose the water level. Many times I have checked and/or added clothes during the wash and some items aren't wet. Again not a fan and looking for a new one.
