Excellent water usage with this washing machine and also does an excellent job of cleaning clothes!

This washer replaced my 1999 Maytag, which never had a problem until 12/18. Maytag lived up to its reputation and I hope this one will be just as dependable!

Pretty straightforward not much to say about a washing machine does what it's supposed to do just wish the lid would not lockitself during the second half of the wash.

Agitator is the way to go. Clothes are much cleaner and softer than clothes washed in new fancy machines with no agitator!

Bought this nice clothes washer to replace an older unit that broke. I like that this has many features and with the sale price it was a really good deal. Works well.

I bought this to replace a Maytag washer I have had for 18 years and was starting to make some strange noises. Maybe I am old-fashioned but "HE" is for the birds. On the plus side I do have to say the new one is quiet, but I think that's because it's not doing anything! The auto water level barely wets the clothes. The "hot" setting provides luke warm, even tepid, water temperature. The "warm" setting is COLD, period. Haven't tried the "cold" setting, I imagine that must be chilled! I washed a medium load of white stuff, 10 pairs of underwear, a couple of t-shirts and maybe 10 hand towels. It took forever. Settings: "HOT" (actually barely warm), "Power wash" and high water level and 2 rinses (since there's hardly any water.) It took about an hour and half to complete this cycle. Maytag has been used by my family for decades. I should have kept my old machine. I would never recommend this washer to anyone. And, BTW, so far, BEST BUY has been of no help.

I replaced my old Maytag with a comparable new one because they t have a proven history of dependability and reliability.

Does everything it’s supposed to do. Easy to load. Clothes come out drier than our old front loader, cutting down on drying time.

I’m glad we went from the Cabrio to this model. I like the center agitator. I guess I’m old school I just like how they mix the clothes around.

Great. Large tub. Easy to use. But barely uses. enough water to wash. Can not add extra water to off set sensors.

I really like my new Maytag Washer. It has a nuce large tub and handles my largest loads. It is quieter than my old Fisher Paykel.

We looked at several machines before we purchased this one. This machine had the size and an agitator that we required when we decided to buy this one.

I'm still getting used to all of the features that came with the washer. I had never seen so many options in a washer before, but definitely makes it easier.

Glad we bought a maytag. The first one we ordered was a ge washer and it wasn't very good and best buy swapped it out for the maytag.
