At first I realized the low water level. But at least it works. But after a year.the washer machine stop work. Terrible quality. Ten years warranty just a advertisement. When something happen, no one will care the warranty. You just waste your money.

Installers connect the water hoses backwards. got hot water out of washer on hot and colds side. Called best buy appointment line and told them. They called installers what happened. They said call a plumber and said something is wrong with cold side plumbing.. they refused to send someone out to check. Called Korte does it all. They checked plumbing on both outlets cold and hot. have paper work confirms nothing is wrong with plumbing . Cost me 100 dollars because best buy refused to send any one out. best buy installers didn't check to see if washer worked. Called appointment line and told them. they told me to get another plumber. I told them I wanted a new washer. this one is defected. Now they decided to send geek squad out. but haven't arrived yet. still waiting.
