    Do not buy. I should have listened to my gut and returned this the first day we received it. We received this washer and there was water in the drain and in the drum. I am now realizing that this was probably refurbished. We bought a “new” washer. Here we are 2 months later and the motor for the spin/agitator has burnt out. I called Maytag since I didn’t buy the protection plan from Best Buy (I will say I think that you should have more than 15 days to return or exchange an appliance) and they cannot get out here to look at the washer until June 7th. 10 days from now. Not happy at all. Do not buy.
