A repair ticket was made with Whirlpool/Maytag. A month later on the day of service the servicing company canceled the repair saying they could not fix the washer. They had known this since the ticket was created. Calling Whirlpool/Maytag led to a runaround. They would not give us any options on getting the washer repaired. They would not give an option for a new washer. They kept telling me to call back in 24-48 hours. Doing so got nowhere. "Call us back in 24-48 hours." again they would say. It has been two months. We have no working washer and Whirlpool/Maytag is making no effort to rectify the problem. DO NOT BUY WHIRLPOOL/MAYTAG PRODUCTS!
