Love this! I don't need all the fancy functions, just the good old basic washer that works and gets my clothes clean. It has a large capacity and works great. I actually like having knobs instead of the digital panel.

Love my new Maytag washer with agitator. My clothes get very clean. So nice after having a machine without agitator and my clothes. Ever got clean. Very quiet machine with a lot of easy settings. Love it!

This is a quiet and gentle machine. It is easy to use and seems to get clothes clean and damp dry. I have yet to experience all the cycles available in this model but am satisfied with the ones I have used.

Washes well. It has a nice sized tub. Not alot of bells and whistles to go wrong. Just good clean clothes. The one draw back...it is louder than I expected. It's fine if you have a secluded area for laundry but not great if it is in an area that has to cpete with TV or family conversation.

The one thing I like most is the size of this washer. I can do large loads. I was looking for a washer with an agitator and large capacity and this was perfect! Only thing is I’m not to happy with all these new features I’m more into the old versions but still I’m overall satisfied. It’s not to loud on spin cycle it kinda make a clicking noise and wish it would fill to top it’s an energy saving washer. Gets the job done.

Good product, cleans well, simple to use, but it's a bit noisy.

I like the large capacity. I chose this washer because it could wash a lot at once and could wash our king comforter. We looked at it in store before ordering. Overall I like this washer and would recommend it. The only complaint (not related to the washer) is we bought the matching dryer for the same reasons and the dryer has given us problems with heating since day 1.

30 years ago, we bought our first Maytag washer and it worked well for about 15 years before we had to replace it. From that point on, we've tried other brands, front-load washers, and top-load with an open tub. After another breakdown, we decided to go back to the Maytag brand and again try one with the center agitator inside the tub. It's been 2 weeks and we are very happy with our new Maytag washer! It doesn't have all of the fancy bells and whistles, just a basic model, but the price was reasonable, the delivery guys were terrific, and our clothes are clean!

I originally bought a Whirlpool washer that sounded like a whale's siren call. The Maytag still has an agitator but it is quieter and cleans very well.

I picked this washing machine because it has the agitator which most newer type machine lack. I'm old school. I like to know that my clothes are getting a good swish and scrub in the machine. I wished this machine would allow the water to fall while the lid is open so but sadly it does not. I will have to pre-treat stains in the bathroom sink.

Large capacity & easy to run. Delivery was a piece of cake. Best Buy technicians set it up in no time.

This is a good basic washing machine. Clothes come out very clean. I especially like the deep water wash setting. I also am very pleased with how much laundry this machine washes in one load.

Simple, basic washer and yet does the job. I couldn’t wait to go back to top load after years of front loading washers. Still can’t beat the wash of a machine with an agitator. This one is humongous that it can easily handle a king size comforter. Not a lot of water level choices (just 2 - auto sensor or deep wash), but not a problem for me. Love it!

Bought the washer about a month ago. Good size capacity and roomy for normal and large/bulky washes. Like the different types of wash options to choose. Very impressed with the spin cycles. My clothes are not saturated which makes drying shorter.

It makes noise when ever it does any changes. But does do a good job washing my clothes.

I absolutely love my new washing machine! First load of laundry I did was a giant load of towels. I cannot believe how much cleaner and softer my old towels were. All this time I though my laundry was clean, but I was wrong. This washer easily washes a king size bedspread. Amazing. And I can wash two king size cotton blankets at once with room to spare. I love love love this washer.

Bought this on Dec 10, 2017. Delivered it 12/14/17. Repair man came 1st time to replace basket & crank shaft. (12/28/17.) Wrong basket delivered; came back 1/17/17. Maybe this will be it. But I told Best Buy I want a new machine and to prorate the extended warranty that we purchased. New one to come 1/26/17. We will see.
