It does not get clothes clean and it does not get the soap out! I have to use either a sanitizer or vinegar in the rinse or the clothes smell! I have tried every cycle, every amount of soap and it still does not help. It is also supposed to be a high efficiency washer - saving money and resources but instead of using less water, I have to do a deep wash and a 2 rinse cycle which uses way more water, takes way longer and therefore using way more electricity! I have called several times and Best Buy will not help - they say call Maytag and Maytag will not help - they say call Best Buy! So now I’m stuck with this piece of junk to get laundry done for a family of 6!!
