Never saw it in person. Trusted Maytag but very disappointed in product Biggest complaint is you cannot hand select water level! Its full tub or "auto sensing" which turns on and off continuously during the wash and rinse cycles. And in my opinion doesn't "sense" enough water. Its very, very loud. It shakes. It has a softerner dispenser but I have always liked to add softener during the rinse cycle - Cannot do that as the lid locks! Tried dispenser but doesn't leave clothes as soft! I think it over rinses! Cycles are very long! Disappointed.

Worse Washer We've Every Own

This is the worse washer we've every own. It doesn't get our close clean. Even on the power wash mode. The agitator doesn't move at all from day one. The tub just rocks back and forth.
