I have to contact the manufacturer and take a day off of work to get it done. Will NEVER by an appliance at BestBuy again. BestBuy was a good place to buy....WAS. So unless you give them more money. They won't even talk to you. Can only get a phone number online if you joined there $200 a year plan.

After the second failure I had a plumber come into my house to look at my return pipes and was told they were just fine. That whatever the problem was had to be with the machine. Cancelled the orders and went to Home Depot and bought a G,E. Washing Machine and it works just fine.

I spent a week as per the terms of the 5 yr warranty I bought with this to run concurrently with the 10 yr conditional warranty from Maytag Geek squad can perform in home repair BUT due to an agreement between whirlpool who builds Maytag and Best Buy geek squad they have to do the warranty repair which is their agreement not in the warranty I purchased. Had I know I’d have gone to Lowes

Not worth the money

Doesn’t fill up with enough water to adequately clean the clothes. In the bulky setting, it does fill with more water, but not enough water to adequately come in contact with agitator. The fins on the agitator sit very high from the base of the tub, so there’s very little, if any agitation engaged in the wash cycle. Disappointing design and performance.

Was I wrong. Had nothing but trouble from the get go...and Maytag has not been good in fixing it. In fact, it still doesn't work!!

I returned it within a couple of days the next model up, that has a drawer to pour your soap into. It was only $50 more & I love it!

I do not see water at all, just wet laundry being agitated. I thought water sensor is defective, but Maytag customer service said that’s the way it is.
