Its not a bad washing machine but its very frustrating to use. I would probably not buy this one again.

This washer takes forever to complete! I mean like a hour to 2 hrs depending on the cycle you choose. I feel that I get the best clean when I put it on deep water fill because if not, the water barely covers the clothes...Not sure if this was the Best Buy

Easy to use and looks nice. Fits nicely in laundry closet. Set up by Best Buy team smooth.

Takes an hour to do a load of laundry!!! If I want to pause and come back later to finish ... I have 10 min before it drains all my soapy water and I have to start over. Does not come with helpful instructions. Does not dissolve powder well. Yes I used the correct detergent high efficiency for this machine. Auto sensing does not cover the clothes with enough water and deep water wash can be way to much water which does not save water or energy. Lock on lid is a pain because if you try to open you loose all soapy water. No way to avoid a lock. It holds a lot of clothes but it does not clean them well. Really considering a different machine. Not a happy customer. Was not worth the wait.

I'm very disappointed. The washer stopped working 5 months after I purchased it. The issue is with the spin cycle. Once it started spinning it moved the washer so hard it completely shuts off. It's under warranty so I called Maytag for the repair. A technician came out and said he thinks the issue is with the "shifter/actuator". He said he has been called out a lot for the exact same issue with these machines and thinks these might be defective! He ordered parts but didn't sound too sure it would fix the problem, he'll repair the part and "go from there".

It's ok and I would tell a friend or two of your service.

We paid for delivery and setup. The guys that delivered it were nice enough, but were NOT trained to setup a washer. For instance, they crossed the Hot and Cold supply lines. And I had to point out the error. When I asked about leveling, one guy wiggled the unit and declared it "level". The washer has been seen shaking and moving during use. Someone who knows what they're doing should come and check out the "install". We did try to call Maytag, but we're disconnected, and they didn't call back.

This is a great washer! Only complaint is the price was high.

Horrible washing machines. The sensor does not allow enough water to cover the clothes. The agitator is weak, and clothes do not come out clean.

Didn’t feel like it had a big enough capacity, we have 5 people in the family and our washing loads are large. Didn’t feel it used enough water. The brand is good and it ran perfect (a little loud). Fair enough washer, we just needed something higher end.

Cycle descriptions on owners manual is poorly written. No way of figuring out what is best other than water temp. Great is that it has the sensing feature for water level unless you select deep water wash.

Really struggling to get enough water to wash clothes. Not a fan of washing clothes that don't all get wet. Going to call for warranty maintenance just to get enough water to wet clothes.

I would give a review if the washer ran, but it dose not ... Still waiting for a replacement. My wife is washing by hand and using the spin cycle soa we can use the dryer......

So far this is working well. Once I got familiar with it, it’s easy to use.

I bought this machine because I've had Maytags before & they were great quality, not this one. I would put it to wash selecting the type of wash, water level, etc. & a few hours later I'd go check it & it was still on wash. I'd think maybe I didn't do something right so I'd reset it, come back same thing This happened every now & then. Called to get it fixed and was told there wasn't anything they could do to return it, which I did. I thought it was just a bad apple and I'd try the same washer again... Biggest mistake, guess what this washer started doing!!!

Good washer for price. No bells and whistles. Less things that breakdown

I LOVE my new Maytag washer/dryer set! It’s energy efficient, and I was able to take advantage of 18-month no interest financing. It’s perfect for our small space, and no more trips to the laundromat! I love how it adds the fabric softener automatically during the rinse cycle! They delivered everything we needed to get up and running! What’s not to love!
