Had to use my protection plan to replace it. If you buy, grab the protection plan it will save you one day

Bottom line is that it uses very little water, you really cannot control the water level, and it took some 2 to 3 hours to complete one load! HATED this machine! Fortunately, I was able to change it out within the initial 15 days at Best Buy for a GE model -- which I am loving! It's SOOOO much better! By the way, I may not have liked this Maytag, but it's been GREAT working with BEST BUY! I plan to continue purchasing major appliances at Best Buy in the future!

It will go through all the cycles and then alternate between spin and wash and then spin and wash. The lid remains locked the entire time. Pushing on the cancel button does not sop the machine. I tried to return this back to BestBuy but I was 1 day late on the 15 day return policy because I didn’t call Sunday and waited till Monday to call. Repair guy came out and couldn’t find anything wrong. I told him it doesn’t happen all the time. Very disappointed with Beat Buy and this machine

Just learned the transmission is broken after less than two years! Of course, the cost to replace and repair does not make sense, especially since it is a poor unit with no features to speak of. Transmission is not covered by any warranty. I honestly expected more from a brand like Maytag.

I needed to try to order a longer discharge hose. The one they supply is too short. Could not talk to anyone at Maytag, just automated messages. I tried their chat, but it was over an hour wait time and kept getting longer. I will never even consider buying another product from this company. It is ridiculous to purchase a expensive product that you have an issue with and the company is totally unresponsive.
