Does not fill up with more than 3-4" of water(about 1/8 of the tub) and runs for 2 hours. That's not energy efficient! And the cloths come out twisted up in knots from not having enough water to circulate. None of this was mentioned in the description!

I've had this machine for 4 months and it has broken down 3 times. I'm still without a washing machine as there is a recall on the part that keeps breaking. It took 10 days just to order the part and who knows how long to actually receive the part!!! I've also had issues with the water not draining and having to do another spin. I am so very disappointed with this purchase.

This is the worst washer I have ever seen operate.

I was replacing it because it was 20+yrs old. The new one was not hooked up correctly & was leaking water down my drywall. When I decided I was not happy with the performance of the new one.So I was returning.That is when I discover my old one was now broken. It had the lid ripped off & now can not no longer be used at all.

Three days later it messed up again. Had to call service again. Each time it takes about 5 days to come out. So I am not happy with this purchase. Had two Kenmore washers previously and they each lasted about 15 years. Will not purchase another Maytag.

Could you please send one of your technicians asap to review the installation and the machine. I have tried on numerous occasions to reach your office without success. This is highly inconveniencing. I hope to hear from you as soon as possible. It is a brand new product with a three year warranty.

I hate this washer

Sensor does not activate enough water to cover clothes for washing. Deep fill doesnt fill the washer tub for a clean wash. Very disappointed!
