Too Noisy

Horrible Virations

We had Best Buy deliver and install it, they ensured it was level. It can also be a little rough on the clothes. I would not recommend this unit. Understand it's the basic model, but at the time we bought it, there was limited inventory for all other models.

Questionable machine quality

Noted outside of the 15 day grace period that I was unaware of, and have been unable to get any tangible satisfaction. Any help you can render would be much appreciated.

These are not even Maytags ..............just have the name stamped on them Maytag sold out ............years ago. My old Maytags would run circles around this crap..........do your self a favor and look for another brand......these are not your mother or grandmothers washers and dryers. If I could get my money back I would.

I’ve had the drain blankets in a laundry basket because this washer machine didn’t drain out all the water. I even re-did the spin/drain cycle with no luck.

worse washing machine i have ever owned

Owned for 6 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this unit has not worked great since day one, clothes come out rough and shirts stretched. i have tried several different soaps and fabric softners but clothes never come out smelling fresh and clean. the time to wash clothes is very long and weither u put alot of clothes or little it does not rinse out the water very well even if put on spin cycle. i would not recommend this unit to anyone

The washer seems to turn off whenever the lid is raised. Is this normal? I feel I really need to speak to someone who can assist me with the operation.

I have to admit the water level is just right, I have never had an issue with to little or to much. I highly recommend this machine.

Washer doesn’t wash

Pros, it fills up with deep water. Cons, it does not agitate and does not get clothes clean. Some clothes still smell. Some small loads don’t even spin dry spin dry and they have to go thru the spin cycle again. I would not recommend this washer.

The washer isn't cleaning the clothes thoroughly. It is noisy with all it's sensors. It takes over an hour to do a very small little load. Not worth the money.
