Got this brand new washer and it was broke when it was sold to me! It don't wash the clothes and finally after a little more then a month a repair guy came and told me that a part is on recall. I'm still waiting on the part.

It doesn’t work well!! Almost no agitation.

Leaking oil not even a week old!

This is ridiculous. Its supposed to be a brand new washer. No way this happens if its brand new very upsetting!

Not happy with the customer care

But for an hour. I don’t understand why the manufacturers are doing this. Takes way to long. Otherwise I like it well. No jiggling or anything like that. Very large tub.

Highly disappoinring

Using a high efficiency liquid washing product but still Leaves white residue.Very disappointed . Bought 7 months ago. Would like help from Maytag/ Best Buy.
