However one is the lowest rating. Although it states there's an agitator and it power washes your clothes, this machine does not clean your clothes well. I have washed loads twice because I can visually see the dirt on lighter items. I would not recommend this machine, even if it were free. I am completely dissatisfied with this purchase.

Broke in 5 months

It is under factory warranty but the agent told me 3 weeks until they can get a repairman out to service the washer. So the warranty is useless.

I had a best buy repair person look at it and the motor, gears, clutch and belt all needed to be replaced. It was also leaking oil.
