I read Consumer Reports but found that user reviews on appliance dealer websites were more reliable. They indicated that this machine, if it had problems, either arrived damaged or failed in the first 30 days. After that it held its own. Delivery was flawless and in 30 days of very regular use we have not had a problem. Just the way I like it.
