Great Washing Machine and Great Value

Bought the washer based on top recommendation from consumer report and other online review sites as well as a store visit to Best Buy. Washer has delivered as promised, Best Buy price was as good as any on the web. In addition, sales team at Best Buy was very helpful and knowledgeable.

I wish it drained a little better. I stopped using pods because the outside of the pod was always stuck to the plastic ring at the bottom. It’s like it doesn’t dissolve all the way and when the water drains it gets left behind. You also have to clean the ring rarely often, which is annoying, but a chore for all models like this one.

Our first front load washer

The timer let's you know how long it will be til the load is done. Seems to be very gentle on clothes. Plenty of settings for different types of items to be washed.

Works perfectly.. but beware with pods

But I have noticed that if I use pods instead of liquid detergent the pods can get caught in the front of the washer inside the rubber- so the clothes would be washed with no soap and the pod needs to be cleaned out of that area.
