Little bit noisy, but washer works real good. We like it.

.... lucky the repairs were free as it was covered under the one year manufacture's warranty but still annoying but I would rather have it happen in the first year when it's free to repair then later. We are now in year two and there hasn't been any issues.... yet!

I love this washing machine...only downfall is my old dryer is not big enough lol. I can do twice the size loads in this machine than my old one. I am most impressed with it having direct drive. Note - The key pad lock does not keep your kids from shutting it off :-/

I've only had this washer for a month but so far I love it. I like that I can do laundry but delay the start so I can shower and get ready without worrying about getting a cold shower. I love the sanitize option for my workout clothes. The only con I've found is that it seems like the cycles are rather long.

Replaced my old Maytag and fit on my old pedestal.

Loud but cleans clothes well and seems to be gentle.

I bought this machine to replace another high end machine that was leaking. To my surprise, it works much better! No leaking, no issues with loads getting out of balance, low water flow and great cleaning. I am thrilled the old machine had to go!

I've been using this washer for about 3 months now. No real problems. I wish it had a dedicates cycle and I messed up the settings a couple times because I leaned against it while reaching for things on the shelf above, but that was more my issue than the washer. Would buy again.

I purchased this washer based on how much better its energy rating was than other washers (less money over time). As of right now, Best Buy's site shows a photo of the Energy Guide label for this washer, and it shows it being 53 kWh a year. However, when the washer arrived, there was a different Energy Guide label on it, and it said 88 kWh a year. Both have the same exact model number. The one that arrived is also exactly the same as the one on the government website. I feel duped. Why would there be such a difference, and why is Best Buy showing the wrong one?

No complaints. Washer & Dryer look & work fine (I've only had for a few weeks now). It was raining during delivery but the delivery men did their best to be quick & clean. So far so good!

All items were delivered and install as scheduled. The install guys were courteous, neat and thorough with the install. The product is great, the salesman was courteous and informative and the install was professional.

I replaced an older Maytag model which was possibly 15 years old. Abosolutely nothing wrong with it. I think it will run for another 15. Haven’t had the new one long enough to give an honest opinion. Overall i trust the brand.

I am pleased as can be with my first front loader - except for one thing. The salesperson did NOT tell me that there was a unit to put underneath that would raise it and also provide a drawer. Really wish I had that.

I had a Maytag front loader 9000 series, this washer is suppose to be quieter,I hadn't noticed the difference. I wish this washer had the hold option. I like that the door has a large window. Overall I'm happy with the item.

I had read a lot of reviews about top loaded and front loaded washing machines. Rhe concern was the possible deterioration of the inside of the rolling moter. This unit has worked great and we have never had a balance signal go off like top loaded machines.

Very please with this purchase. Its a gift for my son and he is also very pleased with this item. I would highly recommend. Maytag is a great brand. When its time for my next washer dryer purchase, i will again choose Maytag.

It works but it is really loud and does not have many features.

Going from my 1990s era Maytag washing machine to this fantastic Maytag washer was like going from old pre-HD TV to 4K! The machine runs (mostly) very quiet- and the clothes are cleaner than my old machine was capable of.

This Maytag front loader is just great. I'm very pleased with this purchase at Best Buy. The men who installed it were friendly and businesslike and installed the washer in no time. All in all I'm very happy with this purchase.

At 2 months the door wouldn't unlock with a wet load inside. At 7 months, the drain pump went out. I do maybe 3 loads a week. This machine is garbage.
