Called tech and on the way to house they called and when I described problem he said he has seen this and I need new washer.

Plus the agitator is great for stuff stains along with the app you can soak item to really help with stain fighting and customization is great on the app too

It does not drain water- not on the regular setting, not for delicates or any other setting. The only setting that will usually drain the water is the quick cycle. I thought maybe I had made a mistake or put too many clothes in but in fact, I keep having to run an extra spin cycle to drain the water. Customer service has been great. Hopefully it can be easily fixed.

Terrible washing machine

I wish I never bought this product and i advise everyone reading this the same. Continually tries to wash clothes without even putting enough water into them to get the load wet. Take two hours for a cycle to wash, and makes more noise than a lawnmower.
