Maytag is the best

Agitator works when it wants to, shuts off and won’t come back on, leaves clothes a tangled mess! Repaired 4 times and issue not resolved.

My advice is to open up the boxes and inspect asap. Not everyone can do that while the delivery guys are standing there.

Gets off balance with just 2 towels, does not do a good wash unless I use the heaviest setting and does a washing cicle on the sensing cicle without water so is damaging my clothes.

I am very disappointed in the machine.

If you use powder soap, there will be a residue of it on the clothes as well as on the top area of the washer. I have sometimes do a second "quick was" to get rid of the soap residue.

I dont recommend this washer

Clothes comes out dry or even with detergent residue on it. Even worst, if you do a load with bleach beforehand, bleach residue can get on your second load. Its damaged our clothes on a few occasions. Im biting the bullet and taking a loss and replacing it with an LG. Waste of money! Youve been warned, stay away! Others have said the same thing and I should have listened.

Will not fill with enough water to even cover clothes. Limited wash customizations, Extortion for more money in the way of subscription fees to use app features. I feel Like I have been robbed. And then asked for more. Absolute garbage. Im using my old washer while this sits next to it. Don't waste your money. Buy the cheaper non-smart version!
