Horrible experience

The washer broke down 2 weeks after it was delivered. I had bought an extended warranty but Best buy does not honor the warranty during the first year. I called the manucatue, and it did not have any appointments available for a month. Best buy sells a 5 years warranty that actually only works for four years.

You’ll need a ten year warranty to go with it… Best Buy is selling garbage products and not telling you so hope you read these reviews first… The parts cost more then the machine, it’s a boat anchor when it breaks…

Washer troubles

Which I have a lot of. It goes off balance and is unable to finish the cycle. I have a technician coming to see if it can be fixed.

poor quality

I don't like the features and the buttons are very hard to press and I tried to return it but I passed the 14 day return policy from date of purchase. So, i am stuck with a $900 washer that i am not happy with.

You can’t even wash a single blanket in this thing without out getting some out of balance error….

Unbalanced Load

Upon having it serviced, I have been told the springs have gone bad and will cost over $300 to replace. I would stay away from this model.

Machine is Great Delivery Was Horrible

Three different people telling us there different things. Store said "truck broke down". Took an additional 7 days for delivery and then we have 3 different delivery times and a man showed up the day after the machine was installed to find out that it had already been installed.

The specifications are wrong. This is a high efficiency washer. Got rid of it about two weeks after purchasing one. Nothing better than watching clothes get thrown around during a wash cycle with no water in the bottom of the machine.

It requires several times of stopping machine and resorting to avoid thumping as balance goes awry. Disappointed, probably returning the machine.

Bad!

Technicians confirmed that parts inside pump is broken. Not great! Sounds like Best Buy knowingly sold us a broken machine!

TERRIBLE washer!
