If you need a huge washer this is the one! I love being able to shove my king comforter in here. Also, didn’t think the smart feature was as big of a deal, but it’s actually a nice added bonus.

The machine nearly tore my shirts up. They were wrapped and twisted around the agitator. I have called 3 different times for the machine having a OOB signal. The high water signal doesn't work correctly. I put clothes in the tub and some of them were not even wet when the wash was complete. The dryer works well. The washer is a disaster. I can't get service technician to stay thru the wash to see how it is functioning. I have used Maytag all my life. It was my first washer to purchase and I have always used Maytag. However now, I am so disappointed. I just made the purchase in August.

Very happy so far. Gets clothes cleaner than a front loader. Does lots of automated sensing to ensure right water level and cycle. The only negative is that I am too short to reach into the bottom of the basket.

The washer started making noisy sound after 4 months. 18 months later the plastic agitator broke during the wash leaving shredded plastic shards in my clothes.

Nice look but that’s about it! It is not quiet by any means and the biggest flaw is even if you load it evenly after the wash cycle the load is uneven and the washer stops completely. You then have to pull at soaking wet items to re level the load just to get it washed. I have had to do it 3-4 times per cycle. The banging it makes when it’s not level sounds like the whole machine is about to explode! Terrible design flaws I hate that due to quarantines and deaths in my family I missed the return date. Sure wish I had my money back on this one. The delay start is useless because if the load gets unbalanced while you are not home you come home to unwashed clothes!

Love the washer, leave all clothes clean, and fast.

Amazing washer. My wife loves that it’s a top loader and has a extra large drum. Linked the app immediately and it has been put to use everyday in my house.

Wish I would have purchased this washer a long time ago.. Easy to use. Clothes come out clean and fresh smelling every time. Love the way it looks as well.. would definitely recommend it..

The washer is amazing, however it did come with damage I was not aware of, so I am still trying to get that addressed. Other wise really happy

After researching washers the with an agitator, I decided on the Maytag and it has not disappointed. Lots of nice new features my old machine did not have. Overall happy with my purchase.

This washes clothes and spins the water out excellently. Would I recommend it absolutely.

I would have loved to try this washer but I got the open box clearance and it was actually broken. The drum to be specific. The only saving grace was that they did a quick return and pick up.
