I'm disappointed has not worked right since installed on July 4th. There is a problem with the computer inside, with water staying hot on rinse cycle. Then was on hold for over 50 minutes to get someone to help me. After which I found out will have to wait till end of September to get a replacement. Not happy with the way things have gone to this point, but I'm sure you will expect me to start paying on it before replacement comes.

We needed a new washer and this is a must buy! Love the size and features

This washer still isn't as settable as we wanted but still does a great job washing, and settings are not bad.

AMAZING!!! The washer is very user friendly! Lots of options for any size load, quiet and clothes seem like they are being washed better! Very very happy and sales team was very helpful and honest!

So far so good! I just got it and only have run three loads and it works great so far. Time will tell. I had a GE with a mini-basket that lasted 38 years so my expectations are extremely high.

So far it works great. Clothes come out smelling great and no issues with them. There are so many different brands to choose from. I researched and spoke to a friend whose been selling appliances for years and this model was his recommendation.

So far about 6 weeks of owning this pair. It's doing everything it is supposed to do. It is a tad loud, but so was my last set. This is a huge machine, the one thing I do not like and did not like with my old one is you have to "tell it" you are using fabric softner. One would think you don't have to do this on such a sophisticated pair. I washed my sheets this morning, forgot to "click" fabric softner and of course it did not use what I put in. Otherwise, I love my new machine. The chimes are loud too which I like- you can lower the volume, I like them louder so I can hear from the family room. I washed my King size comforter with ease!! Also our bed is a posturpedic and has a "heavy lined" bed cover over the mattress this machine washed it with ease and came out white as new!!!

This Washing machine is HUGE inside. no central pillar, I didn't think it would make that much of a difference but man was I wrong! Smart features and a auto balancing d rum? YES PLEASE.

Its unfortunate that the machines stops when spinning because it detects an unbalanced load. I've tried big and small loads, a couple of sheets and it continues to stop. I have had the glides adjusted many times to balance it because it shakes very loud. I can't leave the house because it stops mid cycle. I'm on hold with customer service with no answer after 15 minutes so far.

We have both the washer and matching dryer both less than a year old and now I’m about to make my second washer warranty call and already had the dryer serviced after just 6 months. DO NOT BUY MAYTAG ANYMORE THEY ARE WAY TOO EXPRESSIVE TO BE THIS UNRELIABLE!!

I absolutely love my new Maytag washing machine. It thinks for itself, and works like magic. I’v had this awesome washer since October, 2024. As of this review on March 20, 2025, no problems, and all is good!! Thank you for the professionalism provided me by the knowledgeable staff.

This washer has the biggest tub I have ever had, so much room! The water spout built in helps with spot wash & stain removal. I got it for a great price!

I love it. Lots of chocies and I can wash large loads . Best washer i have ever gotten. First time i have gotten a Maytag and i am so happy i did.

We've had this installed for about a month now and it's done a great job washing clothes at the rate or 1-2 loads per day. The only downside to the washer is that it's very deep so getting clothes out is a bit tough for shorter people.

I love basically all my clothing is being washed no matter load size.

Great washer. Super spacious. Can never go wrong with a Maytag.

Honestly the best washer yet. Removes dirt better and odors with without any issues while easily monitoring on the app.
