I've had my washer now for almost a mo.. It was delivered on time an was explained perfectly. I really like the fact I can wash my queen size bedding all in one load!

Great washer, easy to use control panel. Quiet and efficient. Delivered and installed as promised. Very pleased with product and service.

Looks good, but haven't used it yet. Expecting good quality . The technicians did an excellent job installing the unit nd explaining to us how it functioned. My appreciation goes out to Garrett and Adam for the installation.

I have haven’t had any problems with this washer. I followed previous people’s directions to read the manual and it works great.

My Samsung front-loader burned up after 13 years. I didn't like having to keep the door open and the seal clean to avoid unpleasant smells, so I went back to a top-loader, only with an impeller, this time. The weird thing with the impeller is it twists the clothes all up together (jeans, sheets, etc.), but it does seem to clean well enough. I haven't had any issues with it not dispensing enough water, like some have stated. It's nice to be able to choose a water level, in any case. I wish the dispenser tray was sturdier than the flimsy plastic they used. Otherwise, tons of features that I haven't even tried yet, but so far, so good. Yay for good old USA-made products! I hope it lasts!

We bought this washer based on many things. We had previously bought a cheaper new GE washer with no agitator. First one without an agitator. We kept having issues where the machine would stop with out of balance issues. Figured it was a problem with the machine. We returned it. Then went to Best Buy to look at different one. Found this Maytag. We decided to give this a try for following reasons: 1) Maytag Name 2) Commercial grade listed right on the machine 3) High volume capability. 4) Best buy recommemded. Point blank, she said you should not encounter those out of balance issues. WRONG. We would attempt to wash maybe a couple of sheets and couple of towels in one load. Bam.. out of balance. I cannot count the amount of times we have to continue opening the washer and reposition the clothes to just have it do it again. Verify Disappointed. We bought the service, so will call them and see where it goes from there, but no way in my mind should there be this many out of balance issues.

We are happy with the purchase, however the depth of the washer is a problem for my wife who is petite and has to get a step stool to unload it at times.

very easy to use, we would recommend this product. Maytag was the only one we saw with a 10-year warrentee on some of the parts.

Excellent machine. Love the features and the quietness

I strongly recommend not buying this washer. I don't often write reviews, but I feel other potential buyers should be warned about the issues I have had with this appliance (purchased less than a year ago). It is the worst appliance I have ever owned. I bought it because I had had a great experience with another Maytag washer, but this one is terrible. It constantly has load balancing issues (especially with sheets), where it will get stuck at 28 minutes, rattle violently around, and keep filling and draining water. I then have to stop it, run a "Drain and Spin" cycle, spread the items out in the washer to try to balance them, and run it again, hoping it won't have the same problem (it often does). It is a huge time-waster, and I wish I hadn't bought this machine. I am giving it two stars only because when it does actually manage to complete a cycle, it does a good job getting things clean.

Can get out of balance and alerts you via a beep to reload. Can start a wash with very little water; clothes feel damp so some water was dispensed based upon weight. Does have a water dispenser inside to concentrate washing or rinsing prior to starting a cycle. You can a download an app to assist in Washing.

Delivery was fast setup was fast and setup wass easy and it is a great Buy!

I replaced a 10 year old Maytag of this type. My wife does 2 loads per DAY! I hope this one does 10 years also. Only had it a couple of weeks but it works well.

I purchased in May 2022. This machine washed okay. Sometimes would not wet all the clothes well so I assume also did not wash well all the time. I did not purchase a warranty as this was advertised as having a good warranty. It covers everything BUT the motor/labor. The motor replacement with labor was going to cost about $600+. Almost the cost of a new machine. My last scratch and dent lasted me at least 10 years before this one. What a disappointment. The tech stated that there is 1 bolt at the bottom holding it onto the machine that also has sensors. I guess the bolt loosened over time from his suggestion of washing "BIG" loads of clothes...well that's why I bought the machine.....He put the bolt in and tightened everything and we tried to start the machine again and it would not "sense" the clothes to run a cycle. It keeps thinking the machine is "empty." So now I have to find a new machine all over again....buy something else!

An exceptional product. It solves all the problems we had with our previous washer such as going off balance frequently, not rinsing adequately, and limited cycle choices to name a few.

Great washer machine, i would definitely recommend

Have really enjoyed the washer so far. I needed a high capacity washer fast and Best Buy came through. I must admit Best Buy wasn’t my first stop, I went to another big box store and they had nothing in stock and delivery was going to be slow. Best Buy had a better product and faster delivery, and it was on sale so price was great as well!

It is a great washer. Takes up less space than old one but has a larger wash tub! No water remains in the outer tank, unlike the Samsung it is replacing. Does a great job with cleaning and large loads.

Great washer. My clothes come out super clean. I love that you can download the maytag app to control it from your cell phone. This washer has so many bells and whistles. Best bang for your buck.

Easy to use and works great! I highly recommend getting them!
