    Our washer lasted a total of 13 months and after three repair attempts, Best Buy simply said they did not know how to fix it for less than the cost of a new washer. It worked reasonably well during the warranty period and issues started almost immediately upon warranty expiration. This was the worst appliance experience I have ever had with any manufacturer and the worst repair service as well.

    Love Maytag brand I had two washing machines before but this time I’m not as happy I notice the washer would be better if it had the middle part to wash I try to wash a bedspread and preferably would need to be washed by itself

    Almost $1000 for a washer that only 14 months after purchasing , the locking mechanism breaks and we now have to pay $300 and wait a week for the part. This has not been a good washer. It says it can handle large loads but it can't. It is not nearly as good as the Maytag washer we had before that lasted 10 years. I will never buy Maytag or Whirlpool again.

    Two months after purchase the washer it goes off balance and stops 10 minutes before finishing.also started rocking so hard it moves a few inches everytime.

    Wastes energy And water. Its top loader and wint let you lift the lid if you forgot the soap or forgot to put something in. It will drain all the water out and make you start cycle again. If you soak a load then want the load to start the wash cycle it will dump the water and refill. We are in freaking drought in Ca this is not energy or water efficient.
