This has not been a good washer. It says it can handle large loads but it can't. It is not nearly as good as the Maytag washer we had before that lasted 10 years. I will never buy Maytag or Whirlpool again.

Maytag washer

Its top loader and wint let you lift the lid if you forgot the soap or forgot to put something in. It will drain all the water out and make you start cycle again. If you soak a load then want the load to start the wash cycle it will dump the water and refill. We are in freaking drought in Ca this is not energy or water efficient.

It hasn’t needed any repairs but it is a heap of junk. Doesn’t wash the clothes, constantly grinding and extremely loud in the spin cycle - can hear it outside the house. Plus it vibrates horribly during cycle. It’s a complete waste of money.

It makes a loud noise when it starts like something is broken (since day 1) so I thought it was just doing the “sensing cycle”. It shows it is no longer returnable, so I’m stuck with it. ( I even waited a month for delivery.)

We place the adequate amount of detergent as per instructions and the water does not fill a quarter of the washer. At the end of the cycle, we have to run 1 or 2 and sometimes even 3 cycles in order to rinse the load. There is no way to get enough water to wash and rinse properly. We understand that saving water is a social responsibility for all, but this product is not contributing to this cause. Instead we have to run several cycles in order to obtain the desired washing and rinsing outcome. Little clothes load, medium clothes load, or no clothes; it is the same problem. There is no way to get around it.
