    Horrible washer and dryer. Very loud and constantly off-balance.. and to top it off doesn’t even get clothes clean like my old one did! Dryer is OK but it does not sense how dry clothes are.

    I purchased my washer in Jun 23, 2022, for the bigger tub. It stop washing the 1st week of Jan. 2023. I contacted the company who came out today. I was told that i could only wash one queen size comforter by it self and nothing else because it would overload and not wash. I bought this washer so i could wash more than one item. I am not satisfied with the washer at all and "Amy" the lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude and didn't help the situation. I purchase all my major appliances and electronics from here and I'm very disappointed with this washer. I'm a caregiver who needs a washer that's going work. Don't waste your money on this washer!!!

    Already having electrical issues with this washer, DO NOT purchase. Mind you the entire electrical in garage in brand new. Wire popped screen light turns off and on -no word just blank
