NOT WORTH THE COST/3 year limit
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I will NEVER ever buy another Maytag ANYTHING EVER. $750 on a washing machine that lasted less than 5 years, that even after having a warranty on, the company REFUSED to fix, citing that the repairs are more than the machine. HOOOOOOOW????? How can a 3 year old machine need that much repair?? Never again!!!!!!

Run Away!
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This washer takes the award of Worst Washer I have ever had, and its not even close! Has ruined our clothes. Even with the deep fill option selected, there is nowhere near enough water in the tub. This ends up grinding the clothes on the impeller, wrecking the fabric and tying them in knots. Got rid of it after 3 months.

What happened to Maytag?

Now, suddenly, the "Cycle Signal" is barely audible with your ear next to the machine when set on "high". It does toggle through the settings, from "Off", to the faintest of sounds on "Low", to the "High" setting that you'd never hear if you were more than 3 ft. away. When I called for WARRANTY SERVICE, I waded through their menu, only to be PLACED ON HOLD FOR 38 MINUTES BEFORE I GAVE UP. Will try again today.

Worst machine ever

I bought this machine 2 years ago with an household of only two people and it already broke , C’ MON!!! (F2-E2 code) on the screen and it is not worth fixing it . MAYTAG claims 10 year warranty but on parts they know it is unlikely to break .

Most worthless item I've ever owned

Mayrag (spelled it that way purposely) has already replaced one, wouldn't take 3 more for free. I'm going to give the current one to a YouTuber who has some land and dynamite...just so I can watch someone blow it up.

Disappointed customer.

The installation team has made to appointments to assess or repair and in both cases they cancelled because their “truck broke down”. 1 hour minimum each time to schedule the appointment. Find it hard to believe the truck broke down twice.

Washer is broken after three months and we have to wait two weeks for service.This company is the worst don't but their products because they don't really care.Never again any maytag or whirpool product

Washer lid broke

BEWARE. Lasted less than 4 years!

And repair isn’t covered. We are a family of 4 (two small kids). No reason it shouldn’t have lasted. The unit no longer spins and repair costs just about as much as a replacement. DONT BUY THIS MACHINE.
