We had the worst internet connection all of a sudden and after trying a different brand Eero is definitely great for our home. No issues ! And my fave thing is to pause the kids electronics when I need them to have down time.

The only thing not to love about this unit is the cost. But the quality of the unit, the signal range and strength are everything as promised. This made the other half of our home usable for WiFi, which has become critical with all of the working and schooling from home.

Very, very easy to set up. Had it up and running in less than 30 minutes. Getting faster service. Placed the Beacon in my detached garage as I wanted to set up a camera that needed WiFi and am it works perfectly. So far this Eero system is awesome. Well worth the $.

The eero system was simple to set up. The WiFi range works well with our Blink security system. We have several TVs , gaming systems, and electronics using our WiFi and there are no issues. It has expanded our square footage of WiFi range. Definitely recommend.

Bought this for some friends who were having difficulties with the reach of their single station router in a 3000 s.f. two story home with a basement. Picked the Eero because of its high rating in a leading consumer publication. Also because I got it at a great sale price. It was the simplest set up I have encountered for a WiFi system, pretty close to plug and play. Adding the expansion modules was also a breeze. Their WiFi reach was instantly widened by a significant degree and most of their WiFi issues went away. At Eeros regular price you may want to compare some other mesh systems but if your patient enough they do offer Eeros at a great value a couple of times per year. I have read that some other mesh system offer faster speeds but I found the throughput for Eero to be plenty fast unless you’re looking at Gigibit speeds coming into your home and have demanding applications. Would have liked to see a couple of extra Ethernet ports on the main router and ideally one on the expansion modules.

The increase in the WIFI connection was amazing. We have a 3200 sq ft house over 3 stories, and strategic placing of the beacons meant we now get full wifi in all reaches. It seems faster and having more devices connected doesn't seem to slow it down. HIGHLY recommend.

A MUST have for appartment / home wireless internet reliability. Extends wifi signals and speeds to any level of the house and you can add on as many as you need depending on the size of your home! I will always use eero for my home!

This was my first experience with a mesh WiFi system and I must say that the reliability and ease of the system is better than expected. Aside from the functionality of having a controller like in a pricier Luxul setup, which would optimize which hubs my devices connect to, I have no complaints about my Eeros.

I bought this set to replace the 2-piece EERO I bought 2 years ago. The original system stopped being dependable. Normally that short a life would make me try a different brand, but I liked the performance so well I am taking a chance. Coverage is very good; setup is quite easy; the satellite devices are small an unobtrusive. EERO offers an upgrade service that adds some very nice features. First, it has some nice intrusion-blocking options, which give us added piece of mind. But the upgrade also bundles in 3 software accessories for the $100/year fee. You get a fine VPN program (Encrypt.me), a password manager (1password), and full-time malware protection (Malwarebytes premium). There are multiple licenses for each, so you can cover several computers/devices. It also offers ad blocking, which I have not tried yet (it says it is "beta"). In short, it's a nice package without the upgrade, and the upgrade more than pays for itself if you can use the accessory packages.

Took the place of my Linksys router. My entire house is now blanketed with coverage. Wish I would’ve switched sooner.

Excellent wifi coverage of our home. We tried two other systems in our house that either could not provide coverage or the number of nodes with cords upset my wife. The eero system fulfilled all our needs with just a base station and two beacons. I had purchased two additional beacons that I was able to return.

With my FIOS router and additional switch this was not an easy install. i called Eero and a tech support rep patiently spent nearly 2 hours on the phone and helped me through the install process. Much better customer service than I could have expected. And once installed the WIFI in my house is better than ever, strong signals in all corners including the porch and the yard. For anyone who needs to improve their WIFI this is the product, couldn't recommend it more highly.

The customer service was excellent. They were helpful even when it was not their. The product is also working great.

My wife kept complaining about the wifi in the master bedroom. The Best Buy team member gave me a quick tutorial about how this product works and I have to say, he was 100% right. The signal in the master bedroom is 7x stronger than it was before. The entire house gets better wifi now. I highly recommend this product.

Phenomenal coverage! With my children home for remote learning, I needed better coverage in our upstairs level so I got this unit. I don’t think the children have dropped once since I got this system to extend our WiFi range/signal. Works great!

Added these generation 2 eero devices to my existing eero gen 1 and all it working excellent, no more dead spots.

I know you don’t want to spend the money — but do it —- easy — Easy set up and have had no issues Now have fast internet all over the house easily and nondead spots Would absolutely recommend better to spend the extra money now vs buying several routers that constantly have problems

So far this system works as advertised. Set up was easy and all units synced without an issue. Night light on each unit is nice as well. Hard to say if this system is any better than the others, but I like the purchase.
