I’ve had over a month now. When working it is great. However, I am having issues with the unit showing full strength and far coverage shows the same. But nothing will open. Everyday for a while. Tested the units per their self help. Showed all good? So called their help phone number numerous times wait times over 45 minutes no answer. I get that; pandemic cuts staffing. Two emails over the last two weeks no reply. Going to return.

It was easy to set up. The quality was not the best. Especially for the amount that I paid for. I expected way better.

I bought expensive system. Geek squad came to install and setup. Up until now my system is not working properly because they did not install correctly. I called up and they said I have to pay 99.00. This is not good customer service since they should have installed correctly from the start

Too much battery charging which means climbing on step ladder to remove and then put back. Also bad if internet is flaky.

    Fantastic networking product

Let me start off by saying this product is remarkable...and I don't say that lightly. I've had a variety of routers/access points over the years (Netgear, Linksys, etc.) and all have had a variety of issues and none has ever provided complete coverage in my house. Eero took care of that, and I have a family who no longer complains about outages, places where there's no coverage, etc. To top it off, this was probably the easiest installation of any product I have ever experienced. (Configuration--one gen 2 base and 2 beacons for each of the installations.) I have tested this product in every corner of my home--3 floors, ~5,000 SF. No areas that I don't get strong throughput. This has now been running for a couple of weeks and not a single problem. Yes, that's a short period of time, but I have been so pleased that I have no issue endorsing this product. I have now installed in two houses, my own and in my mother-in-laws home. Her house has always been very problematic, since it's built out of concrete (located in FL in hurricane territory.) I was never able to get any solution to work throughout that home. Enter Eero and voila, same experience I have in my home. The icing on the cake is I can have both networks managed through a single iPhone app. Admittedly it was a little unnerving to not have a web based management console, but believe me you get used to it really quickly. The Eero app works great, has a speed test (from the base) built in and lets you see all the devices on your network. (I'm still trying to figure out a couple of the wireless connections it's found. I'm sure they are additional connections inside Directv or something else. I did not know I had so many connected devices!) 2 houses, no complaints, smiles all around. Definitely a great product. Thank you Eero.

A couple co-workers recommended this product. I’ve had this about a month and I’ve decided to return it. When I’m working on my laptop the Internet keeps disconnecting which isn’t ideal when you’re hosting a zoom meeting. Also there is a delay connecting to the internet and Netflix and prime keeps running slow and choppy image.

The company is fully aware that there are issues with their app and iPhone users yet all they suggest if you’re barely out of warranty is to go buy another Eero. I was stupid enough to do it and sure enough same exact issues on previous model. If you own an Apple product, do NOT buy Eero.

OMG - What a HUGE Difference

I'd typically wait until some time has gone by to post a review but not tonight. I'd been having continuous sluggish issues w/my network speed and was never quite sure what/who to blame it on, i.e. my modem (purchased Arris 822G), or my old Apple Extreme Router or perhaps good ol' Comcast, especially when I constantly see their service trucks in the neighborhood. After research and reliance on reviews I bought the Eero set this afternoon. Key lesson from research - use separate devices (modem & router) vs. combo; despite what Comcast will tell you. I had to think about where I'd plug the beacons in and then followed the directions per their app on my iPhone. After all was said and done (re-establishing network connections to all devices) I ran speed tests. This morning I ran at approx. 30 Mbps wirelessly. Tonight I'm over 200 ++ all over the house :-) So, so happy. It's not always Comcast's fault. Just wish I had upgraded my old Apple router sooner. Lesson learned. The Eero Home Mesh setup is unbelievable. Highly recommend.

It is not a product that everyone can use because the speed of the internet varies, and depends on the plan of each one, it is not as easy to install as the advertising indicates, in addition, Best Buy unfortunately does not could change for something else.

This is the worst if you are planning to game. I had issues for months thinking it was me, my Xbox, my PlayStation, my provider when in reality it was this. Don’t buy if you want to play video games without issues

Our comcast router couldn't reach about half of our apartment - it's an old building in San Francisco so the space is narrow and long with lots of interfering traffic. With eero, our entire apartment has coverage now and is notably faster in our kitchen and back rooms. Setup was easy (took ~10 minutes) and the nightlight that automatically adjusts is perfect for our hallway.

I don’t think I’ve ever written a review for a product before. But the eero WiFi system has made such a difference in the WiFi in our home, I had to share my experience. We went from constant dropped signals, router restarts, endless buffering on streaming services, etc. to a strong constant signal throughout all three stories of our 5,000 sq ft home. My wife and daughters not complaining about the WiFi has been the biggest benefit. I used the app to place five units throughout the house, took less than 30 minutes. Haven’t had a problem in the two weeks the system has been running. Strongly recommend.

    Truly Amazing

This has blown my expectations out of the water. I was originally getting about 50 mbps with my old router, and that was standing right next to it doing a speed test. While moving into my bedroom I was getting about 20 mbps which was very frustrating while paying for a 150 mbps internet plan. This was even more frustrating because I have a ton of devices on my wifi, and it was always getting bogged down while trying to stream YouTube TV for my cable. Then came along the amazing eero mesh wifi system. The setup was under a 10 minute process, and is easy enough for my 97 year old grandma to figure out. Now the performance incredible wherever I am in the apartment I am finally get 150 mbps anywhere I stand I can be across the street and still getting full signal and full speed! I can not recommended this enough it is a little pricey, but like everything in life you get what you pay for, and in this case you are paying for a premium wifi experience highly recommended!
