The eero MeshWiFi system was installment in my home by the Geek Squad. A member of the Geek Squad made a visit to my home to plan and insure that they would have everything they needed to do the install . Two days later my system was installed And is working great. We are very happy with the work done by the Geek Squad and the eero system is working well on my cell phones, IPads and my desk top computer. Our security protection has shown a big improvement. I am very impressed with this new eero system and the professional help received from the Geek Squad. I believe this is the fourth time the Geek Squad representatives have installed a new product in my home. I know I can rely on both the Geek Squad and the products I purchase from Best Buy.

The WiFi is working absolutely excellent my signal says that every time

Easy to setup, however if you have a modem and router combo a few more steps. Eero phone support was very friendly, and helpful. I have no problems now with my Ring and other devices that were slow. Worth the money!

We were expecting to purchase a traditional router or maybe Orbis. This brand/device was an unexpected recommendation. A little more expense on up front cost but product comes with added value in the form of security, seamless updates, customer service and features (a month in and we agree with all of these except included features). Set up and installation not quite as easy as described (told set up takes about 5 minutes but more like 45-60 overall) and the ”included” feature adjustments are NOT included (big disappointment to have to pay extra to monitor devices when expectations were paying more up front provided more control with no monthly fees). We had a couple of hiccups positioning the second and third beacons but after calling customer service (personable, professional, fast, effective and easy to understand), they helped us space them out just right so we have optimal coverage and no more coverage bouncing or drop offs around our house. Since resolving those setup issues during the first few days, the system has worked flawlessly over first month. Overall, paid about $100 more for a quality product, trusted security with regular behind the scenes updates and good, old fashioned customer service, if needed.

I use this in a 2400 square foot house. The base is in the lower floor, the beacon is in the upper floor. Works good. And easy to set up. Must have a good internet provider. I have a cable connection for mine.

I couldn't believe how easy it was to set this system up. Just download the App, plug them in and it guides you through the whole process - which was was fast, easy and it works brilliantly. Highly recommended.

Handles multiple WiFi devices at once. this is well worth the price. Easy to use app that lets you block any website to any device individually while giving full access to others

This system work amazingly on my house. My house is about 3,000 sq ft between the two levels. Lot is about 7,500 sq ft. Covered entire lot with the ability to stream video. Supports WiFi calling which is a must for my house.

Needed connectivity throughout three floor house. The Best Buy employee explained how the system worked as he had the same system. Easy set up and I finally feel like we are truly getting the most from our wifi service!

The installation was seamless and the extended wifi coverage in my house has been amazing, I would recommend this product to anyone that has bad wifi in their house due to the location of their modem and router.

Finally the eero allows me to have good WiFi signal throughout the House without any dead spots or the need to have different SSID. No longer need to use range extenders. Setup was quite simple and the night lights are a nice feature

Absolutely love this product, love how it allows me to get WiFi in every corner of my home plus outside in my yard. Since adding this to my network I no longer have any more WiFi issues. Highly recommend

Great mesh router system. Very easy to install and connect to devices. Has worked flawlessly for 4 weeks. Had to return Nest system that did not work well with Nighthawk modem.

My cable guy told me anyone could set up a new mesh network easily with eero. If I can do it, he’s absolutely right. 10 minutes and it really may be the easiest tech to set up and use ever.

I have a single story, 2300 square foot house and I have coverage issues in my front room. I have a smart TV and it was having difficulty connecting to Netflix. I added a unit in my problem area which was very easy to set up. Problem solved, I am considering adding on an addition unit on the other side of my house. I have also noticed my speed had been great as well on the internet.

Can control everything from the touch of a smart phone! Awesome!

I’ve tried other types of range extenders with mediocre success. I was leery of this because of the cost. It far exceeded my expectations. It was easy to install and gave my 2700 sq ft house full internet with good signal.
