This product covers about 3500 square feet does not lose connection anymore.

We had to call our internet provider to come out and help hook up. It wasn’t just plug and play. Eero and our provider had to get on the phone together as each said it was the others issue.

I purchased the base and one extra unit (it is just the basic setup) It covers my whole area with speeds consisting of 95%-100% ALL the time. No droping of signal strength with two laptops, two I-pads, 2i-phones, 4 TVs, Sonas sound system with surround sound in tv room and four extra speakers in all other rooms, one Kodak photo frame. Plus when grandkids are over there could be as much as 8 other devices and NEVER a drop in signal strength.

Very easy to set up. Works seamlessly. Strong signal strength through out a 1500 sq. ft. home.

I am very happy with my purchase of the erro Mesh WiFi system. However, the setup was not as easy as they make you believe and that is why I gave it 4 not 5 stars. Luckily I had the Geek Squad to set it up and they had to come back a second time when I lost all my connections and could not get my Echo's and Wemo switches back onto the network. I do not why the system crashed but many of the devices had to be added back on like they were new and also had to be reset. Since then everything is fine and using the erro app is very easy. Also, I called erro support with some tech questions and they were very helpful,

Easy to connect. I have had it for a few months to ensure my Nest cameras and smart home products stay connected. I have not had a single instance of the internet feeds dropping, or buffering on any device in my house. I have 22 devices connected at a time on average. The price is high, but the hardware and firmware are solid. There is a great support community with active developers of the product offering advice and solutions.
