I bought this product after receiving a great product description from knowledgeable salesperson. Setup was a breeze and the app makes it easy to modify your settings. The only downside is the price. The product cost $300 and it comes with one eero and another beacon. If your home is greater than 1500 sq ft, you would have to purchase additional beacons for reception purposes, and they are not cheap. I will say I haven't had any issues yet, but it's only been a month.

We were getting spotty coverage from our wi-fi router and this system has made our entire house accessible with strong signal strength. Easy to set up and use. The App interface with my iPhone has been very handy as well to help set up and monitor the system .

This product has helped our family tremendously. Everyone is able to be online at the same time now and no one is dropped during prime hours. We have a serious gamer in the house and nothing interferes with those sessions either.

I have found this to be a reliable product. The little lights showing network connectivity are correct. The beacon also has a light sensitive "night light" which is useful. I haven't had any issues with this product itself in the time I've had it.

The Eero Wi-Fi system can create a large seamless Wi-Fi network with reliable internet access. The hardware is well designed, easy to use and you can use Amazon Alexa to pause internet, locate a connected device and control a few settings of the system.

With us all at home now and online from 8-5 pm for work and study this system has made it all possible. Often 2 of us are on video conference at the same time and it works well. Having the two beacons to spread the network around the house.

The Mesh WiFi 5 eero Home System fits my needs perfectly (I have a 1680 sq. ft. home and covers it completely). The Geek Squad replaced my older (Netgear) router seamlessly. I am very happy and would recommend this product.

After constantly contacting my service provider about getting better WiFi throughout house & being told we have the highest internet & best modem they offer still didn’t meet my family’s needs! Bought these & haven’t had an issue since they’ve been installed!!!

We were frustrated with the wireless coverage in our bedrooms. We do not have a large house, but the coverage at the farthest distances from the cable company modem/router was weak despite using wifi extenders. The eero system provides quality coverage across the entire house.

Exactly what I needed! Been running this for about just over a week now...no issues and no more dead spots or drops in the house. Using this between two floors and even get reception in the back yard. Would definitely recommend!

Was a little apprehensive due to limited configuration options in the software. But... they are reliable and quite fast. The range is great and it seems adding more would be super easy! I would recommend this product overall!

I would consider myself a mid-level tech user - pretty comfortable but no expert. I've had this for a year now - when I moved in, where I wanted my office set up (for LAN internet) made my internet useless throughout my house. I needed a very strong router, or a system like the eero to have any chance of my wifi working well in my house. I was recommended the eero from a local internet company, so I gave it a shot. I've been very happy - it has rarely if ever had issues. If my internet/wifi is struggling (i.e. netflix buffering) I can restart the system from the phone app. One thing I would be certain of before buying this product: do you have an INTERNET problem or a WIFI problem? This will help expand the reach of your WIFI, but if your internet is still too weak, it won't do you any good.

Wifi in my house was terrible until I discovered these things. They can be a little fussy to set up - difficult to get them in pairing mode. I have 400mb internet and I can pretty much get 100mb+ over wifi anywhere in my house.

Before having wifi extenders my streaming devices would lose signal frequently. The TV outside on the back deck would barely work at times. Since I updated to the Eero and one beacon I've had no issues anywhere in the house. The setup was super easy and very fast.

I originally purchased this device to be used as a bring to extend range of my WiFi & it works great. Still have not fully assimilated with my at&t provideras tech make it seem too difficult to do. Offers great added WiFi security at a reasonable rate as well.

These were recommended by my Best Buy shopper representative and they are great! I get excellent wifi all over my house and the backyard. No more buffering. Even outside where my Directv is wireless, I can watch it as well as Netflix, Amazon, Hulu without a problem.

We recently upgraded to a 1GB plan with our provider. The set up with the eero is really easy. That I do like! The app is easy to use as well. I followed the instructions and I was up and running. When I would run speedtest on the app the came back at 1.2GBs when it was hard wired into the modem. I tried in different rooms and where I would disconnect and reconnect and we averaged 150MBs-400MBs. I thought maybe it was the layout of our house in the shape of an "L." I went back to Best Buy and the sales rep recommended I get the eero pro 3 pack at $499 or to just buy more beacons and add them throughtout the house. It did not make sense to me to add more of the beacons when the system I just purchased should be more than capable. In the end I purchased the Arris Surfboard Max. The sales rep said it was new so he couldn't provide too much info on the device. The one I purchased came with two recievers. These things would great! Hardwired I was averaging the same at 1.2 GBs. On wifi I performed the same speedtest and averaged 695MBs-895MBs. This is a WiFi 6 device the sales rep also said the eero's were WiFi 6 devices. I was not sure about that.

Had issues with a dead zone in my dining room out to my deck. The eero was easy to install and extended the wifi from inside the house to 75 feet and beyond in the yard. Resolved my deadzone issue. Highly recommend it.
