Was excited to try this, my first choice for mesh technology. While the app is very user friendly and makes installation almost fun, the actual performance, including during installation, was poor. Three units paled in comparison to a single older technology router.

Has provided stable, fast networking and internet access compared to my earlier router and extenders. Easy to set up and supports a whole range of devices and guest usage.

My eero gateway went out, just flashing white without the ability to do a hard reset on it in less than 2.5 years of use. eero support has been quick to reply, but unfortunately because it is past the 1 year warranty, they will only offer a small discount on a new eero. Maybe I'm missing something, but I feel that eero's prices don't make it a commodity item, and that I should expect more than a couple of years of service from it before needing to throw it away. I was overall very happy with eero. I wish it had some more adjustments (fixing to a specific unit/beacon, quality of service, data limits) and insights (reports on usage, bandwidth) in the app. I'm still running an eero network, as this purchase was actually to offset another eero bundle that I had running and needed the additional coverage in the house. However, I'm not sure I'll stay with eero when the time comes that another unit falters.

this product is easy to install and durable. It made our Wifi much better to connect our products too

I orginally had a modem router combo unit after doing some research i found Eero ever since i replaced my old equipment with eero my wifi range is stable and strong 2.4ghz band and 5.0ghz work blazingly fast automatically connects each device to correct band. Really recommend for a large home!

Easy to set up and operate in multiple rooms throughout the house. Still deciding how well it works.

Works well and provides more coverage than previous router. Provides for even coverage throughout my 3000 sq ft home.

For use in residential spaces this a great product. Have used it in some commercial spaces that have been fairly restrictive when device placement is concerned and that makes connecting units to the main hub difficult. But in residential applications these guys work really well.

Even though I was paying for high speed internet service within my home the speed dropped to unacceptable levels. AT&T changed my router but it didn't help. The Eero solution was recommended by a friend and my wi fi is so much better.

I have multiple Electronix in my home and I was having trouble with connecting and dependability and this range extender was exactly what I needed! I can always depend on Best Buy knowledgeable employees to recommend the very best Electronics for my needs!

Best bet for your money. The installation was quick and easy. The app is great to work with

We have had great luck with this into. Updates are great and the customer service after the sale was awesome. They covered it when it was hit by lighting saying they cover acts of god/nature. Not many companies will honor that.

This product performs its function, and I love the nightlight function on the Beacons. But if you're running Sonos speakers on your network, be ready to constantly struggle with the speakers' connectivity. This is particularly troubling given how expensive this system is. Do yourself a favor and get the cheaper Eero system.

We greatly increased our download speed from one corner of our basement to the other corner of the second floor (100 feet away) and into the yard with this set. No more video stalls or dead spots anywhere. We couldn't be more pleased.

With everyone working from home and running 2 high school students out of the house, this was a MUST. Now everyone has wi-fi no matter where they are in the house. A MUST! I have recommended it to all my co-workers.

Fairly easy to install and does the job. Have not tried adding another pod, but it's a good option to have.

We had slow turn at speed and connectivity until we installed these and are now enjoying much better connectivity with multiple devices throughout the house. The only problem is that we were only just made aware of is that there is a trial and then we must pay a monthly or yearly fee for this system which we were not made aware of from Best Buy.

I got this because as of recently I've been working from home and I noticed my connection was slow. I haven't had a issue since it arrived. =] And I'm technology challenged this was super easy to set up the appp does it all.

Takes awhile for my desktop to connect. Works well with all my other devices.

Setup is simple and it seems like my internet is more reliable. I still have to use it more but I’ve noticed that my wife hasn’t told me that her zoom meetings lag or cut out while I’m steaming something on the TV.
