    This was recommended by on of the Best Buy salesmen. Overall this is a good product. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 star is because I have lost signal at least twice.

    If the electric goes off for 10 seconds or 15 minutes the Eero shows everything looks good , but right below that in a grey field it states OFF LINE and it is. You have disconnect the power to router and Eero plus you have to go to settings on phone, iPad etc and forget your internet then have to put in password for each item before you have internet. Never had this problem before the Eros, thinking about returning the Eros for refund. They work great unless your electric goes off for any length of time.

    Works great once it is set up. Had some difficulty initially with set-up. Don't download the app until you are physically installing the eero system.

    When you download the app you can check the speed which shows an incredible speed bump from before. However, even while stuttering is happening on the TV, it still shows great speeds. To check originally, I used the SpeedSmart app. Eero did boost performance from what I did have, but my old WiFi router was overheating and dying anyway. So why is Eero app showing speeds at 220-230 (download) whereas SpeedSmart is only showing speeds of 37-45 at the same time?

    Love it. Only downside is have no option to choose what device is allocated to a certain bandwidth. Mesh system appears to do that automatically
